Świetna lokalizacja, bliskość stacji metra, 2-3 przystanki od najważniejszych atrakcji Seulu. Pokój przestronny, wygodny, przyjemny taras na dachu budynku. Hotel zaczyna się od 6go (5go) piętra, tak że można liczyć na jakieś widoki (szyby trochę brudne, ale przy zapyleniu w tym mieście to nie do uniknięcia). Pokój sprzątany na prośbę klienta, pierwszy raz po min 3 dniach pobytu. Śniadania monotonne (jajka, tosty, dżem, płatki) ale spełniają swoje zadanie. Dostępny automat z wodą, pralnia, w pokoju czajnik i mała lodówka. Wszechobecna klimatyzacja.

Rzeczy typu papier toaletowy powinny być lepiej dostępne, żeby nie trzeba było się prosić obsługi za każdym razem o nowy...

Suggestion to change the bed mattress.

駅が近くてまっすぐ行くだけ。2号線からは歩いて5分くらい5号線も7分くらいで行けるのでとても便利でした。 朝食はシェアハウス見ないな感じで、自由に好きなものを取って食べる。卵も自分で焼きます。使ったお皿は自分で洗って片付ける。と言ったスタイルでした。

衛生面は良いとは言えません。アジア圏へ旅行へ行った事がある人はそんなに気にならないと思いますが、日本のホテルを想像してるとちょっと気になるかも知れません。シャワーは壁についてて水圧が弱く洗面台が邪魔であびにくいです。トイレも同じ部屋にあるのでびしょ濡れになります。けどアジア圏はこんな感じなのでそんなにきにならならかだたです。

The hotel has an excellent location. Seoul is very expensive and the price of this hotel is very good considering all the combination of elements that it has in and around the area. Environment of the area is active but not chaotic. Lots of shops and restaurants around. You can easily move everywhere by subway and bus. VERY close to the Sangwangsimni station with the subway Line 2 (the best), a station with elevators to the platform (come and got to the airport really easy). Also very close to Wangsimni station (more lines) and the limousine buses to the airport. There is a HomePlus minimarket less than a block away, and in Wangsimni there is the EMART supermarket. DAISOs and Olive Young very close. Lots of convenience stores nearby. The terrace exceeded our expectations, they have it very well maintained, it is large and has good views. Very useful to be able to use the kitchen (after breakfast) and the microwave. The washer and dryer are excellent, clothes clean and 100% dry in a few hours. The hotel starts on the 6th floor so I think every room will have some kind of view and that is a great privilege in Seoul. The hotel feels safe, the environment is relatively quiet. The windows open wide and have mosquito netting. The air conditioning worked well and it is relatively modern. The windows are quite soundproof so you shouldn't have a big problem with noise from the city. The cleaning service is good and honest. The owners are very friendly and are committed to make you feel confortable. Lobby staff are generally efficient. Breakfast is basic but is ok; besides: It's not fair to complain about the breakfast being self-service as it clearly says so in the booking description. The kitchen is clean all the time. Last note: The shower is "Korean style" but in the end it is not a problem, you get use to it.

We only have one real complaint, and that is regarding the actitud of the lobby staff. In general they are all very efficient and do their job very well, but the blonde girl is 8 times out of 10 very rude. When you come to ask or ask her something, no matter how nice you are to her, she responds rudely, she doesn't even look at you and it feels like you're bothering her, she cuts you off while you're still talking, she looks angry or frustrated. Grabs and puts things with a bad attitude and responds badly. It was very strange, because once in a while (the least amount of times) she was kind, but the vast majority she acted very rude, even though we were respectful said hello and asked “please” for things. We all have bad days, but her attitude went beyond that. This is sad, because overall she is VERY efficient and does a great job, she is ALWAYS organizing, cleaning and doing everything around but that bad attitude will end up being bad for the business. Other elements that we would like to suggest as opportunities for improvement is that the breakfast bread is handled with more care, perhaps using a disposable glove or tongs to place it in the bread bin. As for the windows, it would be great if they could be cleaned every few months, because the views are privileged for how expensive Seoul is, but unfortunately the windows were very dirty. Finally: sometimes at breakfast the room gets too crowded, and the two tables there are very big but only have 4 chairs. It would be much better to put several small tables with small chairs and surely more people would fit in the room (Note: there is actually a long table/bar next to the window, so more people can fit there). Any other "complaint" would not be fair because the hotel has certain conditions that respond fairly to its price. It is a very good hotel, well located and we would return without thinking.

It's a nice hostel with everything you might need. We had a room on the 10th floor and the view of the city was nice. It's only a 5-minute walk from Sangwangsimni station. The room has airconditioning (and for the winter also floor heating). The beds were a bit small, but then again, Dutch people tend to be on the taller side ;) It's nice that each room has its own Wi-Fi network and little fridge. The toilet was also one of the fancy ones with a bidet and such.

The bathroom was really small, as in you could probably take a shower while sitting on the toilet :') Also, not necessarily something I didn't like, but small reminder this hostel is near Sangwangsimni station (Line 2) rather than Dongdaemun. As it's the circle line, it's quite convenient, though, and Wangsimni station is only a few minutes farther if you walk in the other direction.
