Very helpful people. Very central , rooms are very clean and well equipped supplies of amenities inside the bathroom.

No other service available than the room. It is not a hotel just renting bedrooms.

The mattress, the room and cleanliness . Lovely cleaning lady.

The attic room was lovely but so noisy- the air con vent was right outside the window and would start up intermittently. I was ok with noise of visitors in the evening but at approx 12-1am every night the staff from all the nearby restaurants would leave via Pile Gate very loud then from 4.30am to 7am the deafening sounds of the trolleys being pulled over the stones with rubbish, deliveries etc. I appreciate it is in old town but dreadful noise Pillows were very lumpy and need to be replaced.

Unbeatable position. Walk through the main Pile gate into the old town and you are there in 30 seconds.

No sign visible at the property from the street. You have to figure out that the entrance to the Rooms Klarisa is actually through the entrance of a gift shop. NO KETTLE OR CUPS IN THE ROOM. Such a simple thing to provide would have made all the difference. Previous reviews state the same. My score for the property would have been higher had there been a kettle and mugs.

The location was perfect.the rooms very new and nice.

The constant nagging about time of arrival fm the day before. Not enough sockets in the rooms to charge devices. No coffee or tea no breakfast so you have to walk down 3 flights of stairs for coffee or go thirsty. light could not be managed from the bed. Many steep stairs to the room. I was told I could leave the luggage behind reception but that was an unattended open space with door onto the street No indications given although it s very hard to find. It s actually into a store but there is no information when you arrive.

My room definitely exceeded my expectations. I found the bed very comfy, the room to be spacious, very clean, and can't really beat the location if you want to stay within the walls. I loved that there was hangers, storage, a safe, and plenty of pillows and extra blanket should you want it. I had seen other reviews complain about rooms being noisy and being unable to sleep but I was on the 2nd floor on a very busy summer Friday/Saturday and didn't find that at all. I could hear people chatting while in my bathroom but that didn't bother me at all, and noise did not keep me up. It was a very hot 90 degrees while I was there and the A/C worked great. The staff was also very helpful and friendly.

I found it a bit hard to find with my inexact roaming cell service: the "reception" is within a convenience / gift shop opposite the fountains

Great location, right opposite the drinking fountain and a main entrance to the town. Easy access to the shops, bars and restaurants as well as the entrance to the wall walk. Fabulous modern and cool rooms with lovely spacious bathrooms. Would definitely recommend.

Some of the rooms are three floors up and no lift, hauling bags up is a drag but the staff were really helpful with this. The location can be a little noisy late at night and into the early hours as revellers leave the town and try out the standing stone nearby!
