If your friend is a loud snorer It will be very difficult for you to sleep. Because the walls of the room are not sound proof.

Big space. Nicely renovated toilets and shower.

Creaky floors. Cold water from taps. Parking relatively far away.

It was great experience with Japanese house. Enough space. Tatami floor. Big kitchen. Silent area. Good communication with host. For cold night there is gas heating.

Is my second time staying in this house. Well met our expectations and had some minor renovation done to the house. Indeed a good improvement.

Spacious, design, many utensils, can park nearby but not proper parking, bathroom nice but only one, and one toilet. Traditional design house.

We went there during winter, so we switched on the heaters, but the power circuit breaks after few minutes every time we switch it back on. We were freezing there. The manual was not kept in area easy for us to see. Not sure how to switch on d water heater 😪

A huge house, perfect for a large family or group. This was a very different option for us to stay in Kawaguchiko after many Japanese hotels. The location is great, around half way between Kawaguchiko station and the lake, in a very quiet suburban neighbourhood. The house has everything you need, with heaters and aircon in every room which was great for winter. 2 very modern toilets, a big bathroom and fill kitchen. Host was very responsive to all queries, and our stay could not have been easier.

We spent a wonderful 2 nights with friends & family in Kajihara Tei. Overall is perfect!

Great location, very clean and well equipped. Great communication with Yoshi, who even sent us by mail an item that we forgot at the apartment.
