Location is away from beach. Woodhouse door locks are too high to close.

Great comfy beds, neat and clean room and overall nice set up

Road leading to this place, some construction going on and has a bad patch for short distance

I spent here the 7 day quarantine when entering India. The family running the property has made my stay very comfortable. It was great to have a part of the first floor balcony to myself, as I could not move beyond this for a whole week. I would stay here again.

There were some tiny misunderstandings about timing and the cost of transport to Cochin at the end of my stay. Retrospectively, I would have asked about this before and try to clarify things ahead of time.

So super nice hosts, very helpful, the guests here become part of the family, so welcoming warm-hearted people! And such a paradisical place! Thank you so much <3

Stayed in one of the rooms upstairs... Happy about everything... the location, ambience, facilities, food and above all the hospitality... Indeed beyond our expectations... As the church was nearby, we could attend the morning Mass also. The Munambam beach is hardly 2km... and is safe and clean. We all enjoyed a lot... Traveling with my little son who is just 10 months, I was feeling quite safe and comfortable. Happy to recommend this place...

A quiet location, room was spacious and clean run by a very friendly family. Sudheesh was very helpful with places to visit in and around Cherai.The beach was a 10 minute walk and the backwaters was equally close. People who value privacy and a relaxing environment will love this place. There are multiple options nearby for those who wants to experience local cuisines. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay. Special thanks to Sudheesh and his family for taking care of me.

This is not a negative, but the frills and conviences that comes with pricey resorts are absent but were offset by the friendly natured hosts. A close to nature privacy oriented business run by a very friendly family.

It's a awesome experience n great hospitality

Sudeesh and his family are lovely. If you stay here you'll learn a lot about everything. The accommodation is situated half way between the sea and the backwater. Just a minutes walk and your at the sea. Very comfortable and good value. Can't complain about anything. There are various options for rooms, small detached villas and one luxury stand alone villa. The breakfast is delicious and the family are extremely warm, friendly and helpful in every way. You won't be disappointed!
