The towels provided were old and dirty. It is so rough. The sofa bed is also dirty. We were sleeping directly under a ceiling fan that was on full speed and no controller to change the speed.

I expected the same room as advertised in the booking.com apps. But so unfortunate, i got a different room, totally different, like staying in relatives house (the looks, the vibes & decos)
Texted the person incharge, he/she said the expected unit he supposed to give had disfunctioned aircond. Just wondered that i’ve book a week earlier & the person could just updated me if there’s any changes occured.
Provided kettle, water heater, iron, fridge..
No 3 in 1 sachets, disfunctioned aircond, so they added wall fan in the room.
Self-Check in & out was easy. Most of workers there are foreigners, their communications are bad & rude.
Not to come back here again. 😇

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share a cautionary experience regarding a homestay that I recently stayed at. Unfortunately, the owners falsely accused me of damaging their bedsheet and deducted a portion of my deposit. This was a clear attempt to scam guests out of their money. I highly advise against booking a stay at this homestay to avoid falling victim to similar deceptive practices. It is disheartening to see such dishonest behavior in the hospitality industry. Please be cautious and consider alternative accommodations moreover the bathroom is not clean very bad smell. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!!!!

Extension wire got some short-electrified. Need more improvement on the utensils (more premium).

Strategic location. Comfort stay, clean, nice sea view, the bathroom/toilet are clean and the water pressure was good.
The extra pillows are not provided with a cover. The sliding door seems to be stucked and difficult to open.

Es sind 2 Türen, Wohnungstür nicht abschließbar und Gittertür abschließbar.
Küche-Untensilien (Geschirr, Glässer Besteck) einfach viel zu wenig.
Mängel sind hauptsächlich in beiden Bad/Dusche (2 Dusche), siehe Beispielbilder.
In beiden Dusche sind große (Feuchtigkeit-)Flecken an der Decke.
Handduschköpfe für die zwei Toiletten fehlen (jedes Mal gestohlen?).
Loser Duschkopf-Halter.
Waschbecken-Rohrenverbindung undicht.
Ein Fenster war offen und nicht abschließbar, Griff defekt.

Its comfortable but the main door lock is not funtioning, the water heater in the front bathroom is not functioning, the guest parking only 1 lot per unit house. Check out time is 11.30am while other place 12pm.

Found cockroaches in the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, fridge almost everywhere in the room. There are at least 50 of them seen.
Leftover of trash from previous tenant is not remove. Room is super smelly and not properly clean up before handling to the customer.
There is a 200 deposit ask which is not mentioned when we make the booking, the deposit is only refunded at 5pm promptly but our check out is 11am. Should have just mentioned before the booking is make. Deposit can be refunded on the spot.

Perfect stay for a group of family with an infant. Very comfortable and big house. Magnificent seaview & very beautiful. Got iron with iron board, microwave, big fridge, kettle, washing machines that works very good, air conditioner in every room & living room + kitchen, hot water in bathroom, extra mattress, kitchen complete with spoon plate fork mug, tv with wifi + netflix, got big eating table for family. Everything is perfect with perfect price. So cheap! Love!

Hi, Unit (12th floor, Unit num : 3) is different then what I booked. I booked for 2 bath room but only 1 bath room unit was allocated. Fan was not working in one bed room reason by staff was due to online booking and water kettle was not working. I do not recommend this unit. I paid for 2 bathroom apartment but I got only one bath room. So who will refund money?
Please take appropriate action and why staff allocated 1 bath room unit. Please refund the remaining money.
