The location is very good and practical to visit Athens. The residence also is very good and Artémis, our Host answers questions very quickly.

The appartement we got is located underground in -1 level and WE were not aware of that when we booked. The toilets smelled not good and the only windows available open on the street which brings more pollution than fresh air. The second room has no Real windows but a small opening to the first room which makes it dark. Last but not least, the appartement is close to the Landry and even if it is well indicated that the landry use is allowed from 09:30 am to 09:30 pm, some guests used it late around 11:30 pm which waked us UP due to the noise.

Great location in a quiet, safe residential area of town within easy reach of the acropolis (20 min walk) and all the main sites. Good local restaurants and bars, supermarket and bakery close by. the apartments are clean, comfortable and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Check in was easy and staff responsive and helpful.

We were in the 2 bedroom ‘Eros’ apartment which was on the basement level next to the laundry and gym. There was noise from the laundry and one night the dryer was running until past midnight even though they were supposed to be switched off after 9.30pm. There was an unpleasant smell from the en-suite bathroom (probably drains). Overall the place was great, I would stay again and recommend it, but Wouk’s avoid the basement and request an apartment on a higher floor.

Everything was great ! The building is amazing, with exceptional facilities. Apartment is lovely, confortable, clean, cozy and you can keep it very dark during the night, so you can get a proper rest after a busy day exploring Athens. Location is exceptional, 15 min away from metro station, which you will only use on your way from and to the airport. Because from the apartment you can explore all the main touristic points by walking. Also the neighbourhood counts with many markets, bars, restaurants and bakeries for breakfast. Couldn't have stayed in a better place ! :)

On arrival to the “EROS” room, we were greeted with a disturbing smell coming from the master bedroom. It looked like the windows were opened to air out the place but the smell never left. It was so bad that we had to close the master bedroom door to keep the smell from going all over the place. I contacted the host about it multiple times and they could not give us another room due to our lengthy stay. We were told the smell came from the air conditioner but we didn’t turn it on. We were told the smell was coming from the bathroom drain but covering the drain didn’t help. We were told a “plumber” would fix the issue but an exterminator was called who showed me the real issue which was a dead rat in the bathroom area. Another “plumber” was called after the rat was disposed of and this was basically a bricklayer who attempted to seal the holes the rat came in through. He couldn’t even do the job because access to the area was too small for him to fit it. They said another person would come back to do the job but no one ever did during our stay. We never used the master bedroom/bath. Eventually management saw fit to directly contact us this is after we were initially offered only 150 euros refund. Mind you, we paid 1439 euros for this two bedroom. I didn’t understand why we have to even negotiate on a suitable refund when it simply made sense that if we could not get a better apartment, we should be compensated as if we stayed in a one bedroom at least. We eventually settled on a 439 euro refund and they included free cleaning (which should be a feature in the first place) and a 10% discount on future purchase which is laughable at this point. It’s currently been over a week and the refund is still being “processed”. On top of this was a roach problem, freezing gym area and subpar washer/dryers.

The property is renovated and the location is great.

the kitchen is super small and needs to be efficient, also doesn’t have enough utensils for cooking. The pillows don’t have the cover protector and I really believe it is necessary when many people are using them.

Cool neighbourhood.

On the 1st night we noticed that the sofa smelled bad, and the rug was covered in dust and hair. We requested that someone come to hoover it, but noone did. We had to ask for a duvet cover and we were given a stained one. On the 2nd night we found a live cockroach in the living room. We moved some furniture around to see where it went and found lots of rubbish under the sofas. We found the cockroach and put it outside. We then noticed there was another, dead cockroach on a beanbag and behind out bed. We alerted staff via booking.com app but found their response times slow. One response was "we sometimes to disinfections which is why you find them dead behind the furniture". Surely cleaners should be cleaning behind furniture! They sent a couple of cleaners over, but they came with just a small broom and mop. We were led to believe we had booked an apartment with a balcony. Turned out we were in a basement. So we could hear lots of noise from upstarirs neighbours (they weren't being noisy, but we could hear when they moved around, including hearing the water gush down the pipes whenever they flushed their toilet). The bedroom and en suite bathroom had no window: felt suffocating and airless. Our apartment was by the laundry room. A sign on the door of the room told fellow guests not to use the machines after 21:30 but the other guests used them anyway, which meant we could hear them running as we tried to sleep. The apartment sleeps 4 people, but we had only one bedside lamp. We asked for another lamp but were not given one. There was noone at the property to speak to and I had to hassle someone called Joelle via WhatsApp. She was on vacation but was the only one to promptly responsd to my messages. AWFUL stay, it put a huge dampner on the trip. We booked an apartment so that we could cook and eat there, but after seeing how dirty everything was, the thought of eating at 'home' made us feel sick.

liked that we had key pad, not keys. Location was super. View from balcony almost worth the whole cost!

wasn't the cheapest option at all. Could have used more kitchen utensils, like hot pad, dish towels.

It is always my choice to stay when I search for a place in Athens and every time they were booked and I had to choose something else it has been inferior to Olympus, even luxury hotels. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable...

loved the coffee machine, gym and balcony.

it was semi dirty when we arrived. There were dirty crumbles next to the bed. the bed corner has a big disgusting blood stain. there was black hair in the wardrobe closet and next to the bed. I had to vacuum the room. As I did the vacuum cleaner was taken away as we later left for dinner. Kind of uncomfortable to know that someone was in the flat during our stay.
