Good breakfast,fresh juices are available on request. It is not a luxury hotel, but the staff go out of way to make you comfortable

My extra bed was a disaster. I had to sleep on mattress just thrown on the ground. Didnt have any energy to ask,hence slept and got up with neck and back pain. was replaced with stow away the next day.

On the first day we had lunch at almost 2.50pm. The bread served was not good & chicken was also not up to the mark. We gave this feedback Apparently the Chef Rick did not take this in the right spirit We stayed for 3 days and everyday he went around asking everyone about the food and service. He deliberately avoided asking us all the times. This reeka of bias. Had we not known Hyatt 's policy - we would have termed it as racial bias as we were the only Sikh couple at the Hotel during those days

COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER - THE LIGHTING IN THE ROOM HAD ONLY TWO SWITCHES. EITHER THE WHOLE ROOM IS LIT OR SWITCHED OFF. NO NIGHT LIGHT. DO LOOK INTO THIS - THE FRONT DOOR WAS VERY HEAVY, THAT EVERYTIME THE ROOM SERVICE BOY COMES I NEED OPEN THE DOOR, HOLD IT AND LEAVE IT WHEN HE COMES IN TO PLACE THE TRAY. THE DOOR CLOSES BEHIND., I FEEL THIS AS A SECURITY ISSUE AND NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED PROPERLY, PROMPTLY

Comfy room, cool aircondition, different pillows to match your prefernece.

Breakfast is good but could be better if more variation to meet international guests. Fresh juices looked dull. Staff are gunienly welcoming, but they need more training on what to do and what not to do.

The staff is unaware about most things , in room dinning is never answered and food is not the best. So for a work trip it’s difficult to just sit preset in and relax

The food was very average and the in room food facility was bad. They won’t pick your call and if they picked they will say that they will call but will not call back

There to many attend staff but no proper material available as the food on the breakfast get finish and dont get replishe faster, as a customer for 10days i would not recommend this place for longer terms its good for 1 day or max 2 days stay. Shower got clogged and took time to drain too.

The person who helped me with the check in was extremely nice and polite. She was a junior staff and also had a pleasant approach in general. They accomodated my request for a late check out but and that was really helpful. The extra goodies and the note they left appreciating women achievers added that extra touch to the whole experience. I wish to extend my appreciation for the intern trainee Mr. Vamshi too. Good breakfast spread.

The linen looks a bit worn down especially when you compare other five star . The bed is slightly worn down too. Also, had to ask for the disposable room slippers. The staff that received me at the Reception initially was not upto the mark. She then put me over to someone junior who was in fact very helpful.

Room on floor 5 was noisy late into the night because of a party on the roof. Room service took a very long time.

Overall it’s good place

If you go for some shopping around place and coming back is more difficult. They have big ramp which is not comfortable at all for elderly people or who has gone through knee surgery or pain. They have work on this part so that people will feel comfortable.

We had a truly exceptional experience at the hotel, with a prime location, delightful breakfast, and friendly staff who always wore a smile. We were pleasantly surprised when the head chef (Rick Kundu) personally visited our table to inquire about our experience and express a willingness to receive any feedback we had to offer.

Unfortunately, the room provided for our stay was not spacious enough to comfortably accommodate three people. It was disappointing to find that the only option for the third person was a sofa bed, which did not meet our expectations for a hotel of Hyatt's calibre. It may be advisable for Hyatt to consider not accepting bookings for three people in rooms of this size in the future.
