La atención del personal al recibirme y resolver dudas
Seria bueno mejorar el servicio de restaurant.
3.5
The beach location is excellent, the pool area is very nice. There is a lot of outdoor furniture to enjoy the beach. When we visited we almost had the place to ourselves, so it was very relaxing. It's a great place.to.disconnect and unwind or for a romantic escape.
The place needs some love. The hotel itself is nice but it seems to get by on the bare minimum maintenance, some light fixtures don't work, it all feels a bit run down. The staff is friendly and tries their best but it's clearly understaffed and given little resources. It's still enjoyable as long as you don't expect resort treatment and focus on the location and value.
3.5
the location is great if you want a quiet beach getaway since theres not much of a town. Its a long strip of hotels/restaurants and rental villas
I only wish they wouldnt lock the main entrance after front desk hours- i was unaware of so i was locked out when i returned later than evening. Nothing against the hotel though, i was just out late at the restaurant next door
3.5
Didn’t get to enjoy anything within the hotel even after paying
From the front desk to the pictures that were nothing like the actual hotel this whole experience was absolutely terrible and no organization on there part to find our reservation
3.5
location close to the airport
nobody to help w luggage. cold showers, towels very “stiff”. No coffee service or courtesy bottle water.
3.5
The staff was great and the location was beautiful. Our room was huge!
We were quite far from the city and restaurants. There were so many barking dogs at night!
3.5
Nice breakfast location was amazing !
if the rooms are non smoking rooms, and no pets, please enforce.. there was a guests for a couple of days staying below us, he had a yappy little dog and smoked in the room which came up thought the bathroom venting, otherwise excellent..

We have feelings about this property . We stayed in the deluxe suite . Room 18
The hotel is steps from the ocean . Our room had an air conditioner in the bedroom part .
The king size bed was comfy.
The staff were helpful to a point .
The TV had an option to use our Netflix .
pool is nice , had a pool bar, but no service
We arrived at our room to find the kitchen had no bottled water, one tiny pot to cook in , no lighter to light the gas stove . No dish soap , or scrubber , no kitchen garbage can , Fridge unplugged , no coffee filters .
So we went down to ask for everything. One of the staff gave us her personal lighter .
- The cold Jacuzzi did not work
We had specifically got this room because we wanted one , so we were disappointed .
One of the guests that checked in had a dog and smoked . There was a no dog policy . We informed management and they said oh it’s ok , it’s a small dog . The cigarette smoke came through vents and also to our balcony .
The next day another guest was playing very loud music . So loud you could hear it down the beach .
The outside kitchen could use a fan as it gets very hot and muggy . We ate most of our dinners inside our bedroom, just to stay cooler .
neighbourhood dogs barking all night .
We ended up leaving a day early as we wanted a quieter place that stuck to their policies .
Maybe one of the rooms with out a kitchen would be better ? and for a shorter stay ?

the place is beautiful adorned with tile and pebbles work thru out, balcony view amazing, pool area small but well maintained, just wonderful beach spot, no crowds
no hot tub 😢

The views and beach are outstanding. The rooms are fit for a king. Peace and quiet. Falling to sleep listening to waves was heaven. The pools are great. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Thank you for making our stay a memorable experience. The food was fantastic, try the jugo verde for a very special treat
3.5
Excellent breakfast
Manager was very helpful answering questions and making recommendations
Location close to car rental service
Open area in our room with next to the beach view was great
Only complaint was it was hard to get fresh towels
Long drive to city and it was high season so there was much congestion
3.5
That it was nice and looked very profesional
Dint like how far from town it was
3.5
Behind one of the beds there was a large hole in the wall to the outside. There was a half roll of toilet paper for two people-no additional TP available in the room. There were extension cords for the miniature tv hanging from the ceiling. There was 3-4 feet of window weather stripping coming off the window. This resort looks like it was fairly nice 40 years ago but has been in total neglect since.

nothing
Since we arrived everything was bad. First room provided was totally dirty. After claiming to the man at the entrance, he made us wait until he cleaned a new one (one hour delay). The seccond room didn’t have internet access. So we had to be moved to the third one.
Not only the situation itself was disappointing, but also the man didn’t understand how bad it was.
Apart from this first impression, the facilities at the hotel were null. The main swimming pool impossible to use cause the water was green, the chairs broken and dirty, there was NO RESTAURANT, and no spa (there is only a phone to call to ask for a girl to come for a relaxing massage service, that cannot be called spa)
Last but no least, there was any place around providing card payment, and no one at the hotel could help or provide any solution.
As a conclusion, this place is totally fake. Booking mustn’t provide a service to this kind of place and I don’t deserve as a customer an experience like this one

Rooms with a lot of space .
No restaurant service,
My room had no a door between terrace and living room, so mosquitoes and all kind of bugs came into the room.
The place on general needs more maintenance.

Rooms were as described. It does have beachfront access. When there was an issue with the first room, we were switched to a another room that was better.
The first room had water come into the room floor due to bad plumbing. It was an issue that had happen before. The restaurant was unavailable until the last day when we left mid-day, so we had to drive far to food (it was intended to be getaway and just stay there).
3.5
It was a nice place to be in, just didnt have what i ordered as far as rooms, had to pay extra for the ocean view as i specified when reserving on booking.
Wifi never worked and no food or drinks being sold or served

We stayed at Hotel Villas Punta Blanca from February 19th to March 5th 2022. We had a wonderful vacation and have already booked for 2023. Azucenas and her staff, Jordan, Rubie, Erica, Irving and Javier were very friendly and accommodating! We did have no hot water in the shower; however, after speaking to Javier he was able to correct the situation. The water was hotter in the late afternoon because we think it’s heated by solar. It wasn’t a problem as it’s very hot in Playa Blanca. The biggest drawback is the sand fleas and mosquitoes. I’ve seen reviews about bed bugs. It wasn’t bed bugs, the staff do a very good job of cleaning. It was the sand fleas that were biting us on our beach walks. Eat supper earlier in the evening before the mosquitoes are out! And use spray. I would recommend also bringing mosquitos coils with you. This is a quaint beach hotel and Villa that is very quiet. We wanted to break away from the all inclusive hotels and the busyness of Ixtapa. This was perfect! That’s why we have already booked our Villa for next year. At times there was only us and a couple of other guests( mostly mid week). There are a few good restaurants in the area and the food at the hotel is fantastic! Would highly recommend for a quiet laid back vacation. This year we used taxis and combis for transportation. Next year we will rent a vehicle or a couple of scooters. It’s about a 25 minute drive from Zihuatanejo. Barra de Potosi is a 10 minute combi ride and is a very quaint fishing village with lots of restaurants. One of the afternoons we saw 3 whales playing in the ocean in front of the Villa. Would highly recommend Hotel and Villas Punta Blanca if your looking for a relaxing vacation. The locals are so friendly and welcoming. We speak very little Spanish, we are going to learn as the majority of locals do not speak English in this area. Google translate helped a lot and the staff have started using it!

Nothing. Noisy jets going overhead. Right on the flight path for commercial aircraft landing & taking off.
No Wifi in the rooms. Says the lobby has Wi-Fi but it would rarely connect there as well. No one speaks any English there. Designated for Mexican families. Screaming kids running amuck everywhere with no supervision and cannonballing into the pool until practically midnight.
With no Wifi I could not stay so left after the first night. The owner put me up in her other hotel - Villas Las Azucenas (which is also her first name). It was a substandard small room plagued with numerous problems. THE VACATION FROM HELL! I had resort to leaving there before the end of my 27 days. She is charging me the entire rate for the entire stay at their deluxe room rate plus an additional charges totalling almost $10,000.00 Mexican pesos. She is rude and short in her replies to booking.com but she writes in Spanish. The smell of the room they put me in for the last 16 days I was there was nauseating. Do not stay in room #6. All 4 other groups of travelers that viewed that room can confirm the bad moldy smell. I gave the cleaning girl money to go buy some bleach to disinfect it with... that did help somewhat but check out the pictures I posted, when it was clean I must add.
3.5
The room was pretty
NOT at all what was portrayed on line. The pictures are either photoshopped or were taken years ago. NO INTERNET! there is is wifi in the lobby but it does not work well. You have to put your computer on the reception desk to get spotty coverage. There is a chain link fence going around the whole property and when you drive in down a gravel road it looks like Beirut abandoned building cars and tires everywhere. You look at the ocean through a chain fence which doesn't keep anyone out because it is falling down. Many open wires hanging out of outlets and light switches. The main hot tub does not work at all. The jets on our small pool never worked and it was freezing. There is no one that speaks English except 1 wonderful staff named Meemo but he could not be there 24 hours a day. Google translate can't help you if you do not have wifi. There is no swim up bar. For the whole hotel I think there is 3 staff members. it is also in the direct flight path of the airport so in the afternoon jets are flying over your head. Also this is more of a Mexican family resort with kids cartwheeling and cannonballing into the pool next to you. They screamed until after 1am but because no staff is there after 11 nothing was done. We found a hypodermic needle a few feet away from the beach beds.
Do not waste your money. We left after 2 nights even though I pre paid on booking.com and I am still fighting to get my money back.
3.5
the beach
No phone, no wifi, no toilet seat, water in the shower does not drain properly, shower is rusted and lacks a soap or shampoo holder, jacuzzi is cold in winter and lacks the infrastructure to be hot so is basically unusable. Additionally the jacuzzi water was dirty upon entering the room, we drained it ourselves and could not fill again, the maintenance guy was out for the day and had to wait till next day (for a cold jacuzzi). The restaurant has a small kitchen with a couple of staff members, yet the price is very expensive as if you were in a 5 star hotel, therefore we never had breakfast over there. Some of the towels are over-used and not in good shape anymore. The main pool water looked slightly dirty. They failed to make our room clean the first day but they apologized for it. The room lock is of very poor quality and you get only one key. The room bathroom has no way to lock. On the positive side the beach is very nice, right in front of the hotel (is open sea, we saw sharks and whales) the waves are a bit high but swimmable depending on the time of the day. The view from the deluxe suite balcony is very nice, staff is friendly and helpful.

Great location on the beach. Service staff was outstanding. Always there to anticipate your needs. Punta Blanca has a true Mexican ambiance.
Too many farel dogs along the beach.
3.5
I liked that it was close to the airport and that I had a safe roof over my head for one night. The receptionist was friendly.
Even after prior communication on a dark and quiet room, I arrived and it was as though they didn’t know I was coming. They gave me a room with no toilet seat, no towels and wash cloths, no hot water. They did bring towels but no washcloths nothing else. The restaurant was closed there is no where to get any food and after a long day of traveling it was a horrible place to stay. The dogs from the hotel barked on and of all night. Mosquitos!

Location was awesome. The pool was perfect. Room was very spacious. Received a complimentary bottle of tequila and a six pack of beer!!
The room was not very clean. Common spaces were well kept. Jacuzzi in room did not jacuzzi. It was basically a cold bathtub. The fence between the property and the beach was ugly. No beach chairs provided or available .
