Excelente localização para quem pretende visitar o Santuário, mas o ponto forte é a simpatia e o saber receber neste estabelecimento. Quarto limpo, arejado e com roupas adequadas para a estação. WC limpo, com o kit de higiene composto por sabonete e champô.

Pena não ter pequeno almoço, mas gostei da simpatia da senhora da recepção e da limpeza do quarto

Não gostei do colchão, tenho problemas de coluna e o colchão era muito mole . Estacionamento apenas a frente do hotel.

It was clean, comfortable and very affordable. There was even parking reserved for our car (a bit of advanced notice needed). Location was great, short walk to the Basilica and everything else.

No complaints

It was clean but that is it. The rest of it was very uncomfortable.

It is more like a dormitory than a hotel. The owners make you feel that they watch all your steps and you feel extremely uncomfortable. There is no remote control in the room and you need to ask for it. There is no shampoo bottle and they give shampoo in extremely tiny packages (a few). The staff knocked the door at about 9:00 am to remind the check out. There was a dog blocking the very tiny entrance but the owners do not seem to care about it. The building is on a one way very narrow street. I would not recommend here.
