This property is conveniently located walking distance from the beach. Owners provide beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, coolers and sand toys. The house has plenty of space and is equiped with an awesome grill, outside seating, and a heated pool. Property is located near Boca Raton which houses beautiful restairants and boutiques. I would just advise thenowner to fix the tiles around the pool;they are loose. We would stay again.

We really enjoyed our visit to Deerfield Beach. We enjoyed the heated pool and pool table every evening. The kitchen had appropriate cooking supplies and outdoor grill was nice. Check in and check out was easy and communication with the manager was always good.

The property was highly dingy and dirty with rotten baseboards and drywall around the shower. There was mold on the shower door. The kitchen counter tops were not secure and would slide when leaned on. The pool tiles along the edge of the pool were all loose, and if you grabbed onto the edge, the tiles would flip up, Etc Etc Etc

Grill did not work properly

Found the house to be clean upon arrival. The rooms were spacious. Plenty of towels and really liked that beach chairs and umbrellas were made available. The pool was well kept. There are some loose tiles on the edge of the pool that need to be secured but it wasnt a problem for us. The pool/ping pong table was nice but the humidity has ended up warping the table unfortunately. Didnt prevent us from enjoying a few games on it. The beds were comfy, however the pillows could use replacing as they were kind of flat. Also there was only one King bed, not like it was advertised on the listing. We had problems with the grill at first. I messsged the owner a few times about it and i could sense his frustration. We replaced the propane tank but still no luck. The owner sent over Kevin to "show us" how to use the grill since no one had ever had issues with it before but ultimately there was a problem with the grill. The hose needed to be replaced. After fixing Kevin tested it with us present and found that only 3 of the 4 burners worked. Wasnt the end of world but it definitely affects the overall temp of the grill and grilling took longer than it should. We're grillers so this was a bit of a downer for us. We used the George Foreman grill in the house as a backup. The house is in a good area, conveniently located between Boca and Pompano. The beach is just minutes away and a straight drive. Overall, we all had a great time and would consider renting again. Thank you Gino!

The house was roomy with lots of fun stuff to do in between beach trips. We had all the amenities of home and then some.

We had an excellent time at Kevin’s home. Close to all amenities, restaurants ( must go to Charm City Burger and The Cove) Easy walk to the beach and Deerfield Island. Kevin and his team were very responsive to any matters we had. Pool was great and private and home was large enough for everyone. Definitely would recommend. Mark

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. This spacious house was perfect for us and our two small children (1 toddler, 1 infant) . We enjoyed all the amenities especially the pool, patio with grill and kitchen. The managers were super responsive to any issues we had and fixed issues with heater and garage door asap. They even sent over space heaters when it was colder in our kids rooms. Highly recommend ! Would give 4.5 stars if possible . Only half a star off was for cleanliness of outside patio tile and the neighborhood location . It was Perfect for the type of trip we needed with two small kids . Thanks Gino !

We all really enjoyed the property and amenities. While there were a few dated items, the house was clean and spacious. We loved the pool! Would definitely recommend.

We had a great time with the entire family including the dogs. We enjoyed many walks and bike rides to the beach, and jumps in the pool after. Very helpful and accommodating when we needed to extend our stay.

We were 7 adults and a 3 month old baby (friends and family) and we were very happy for our trip in Florida. But from the beginning I felt that something was wrong due to the very poor communication from the owners and managers. Anyway, we left for Miami from New York. As soon as the plane arrived in Miami, I wrote to the house staff through the app (because they didn't give us any other communication method) trying to get some instructions for check in. They answered us very late while we were waiting in front of the house with all our luggage with a newborn baby and an old lady, telling us that we should spend the first night at another house because the house we had booked was occupied by other residents. Very tired, we agreed to go to the other house, since it was 12 o'clock at night and the baby was already devistated. The house where we stayed the first night had a very bad smell throughout the space, very old and used furniture, many things did not work and what is most important, there was no baby crib (our most important request since the beginning, which they had promised us) The next day we had to repack to go to the house we had paid for. nothing looked like the photos that were taken a long time ago. It had the same weird smell as in the first house, the barbeque was completely dirty and almost non-functional, the broken ping pong table was left somewhere on the floor and the pool table was falling to pieces. Regardless, I received no sign of regret from the manager Denise or the owners Gino and Kevin. They told us that they can give us back $350 in exchange for an excellent review. Beware of these scams as they own about 12 houses in that area (Denise said). Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else if you dont want your vacations to be destroyed!!

Our stay at Surfer’s Paradise was overall a good experience. Our family of 9 (6 adults and 3 infants) loved the layout and entertainment options on the home. Ping ping games, pool lounging and bbq patio were all amazing options to have at the house. The location of this house is great. Near the beach, shops, restaurant. It was easy to walk to a few places too. The added bikes and beach gear made it very easy to get around and entertain the kids at the beach. I will say there are a few things potential vacationers should know: 1. The house is slightly tired. While updated, there are just some small things like paint, dirt, broken blinds, etc. While it doesn’t scream Four Seasons it’s plenty comfortable. 2. Location near things I great, but it’s also next door to a library and it’s parking lot. There can be some seedy characters late at night. And especially due to it being so close to the Main Street in Deerfield. 3. The house comes with most things you need besides the normal spices, oil, etc. They have even even provided some small toiletries like a hotel. Great touch. Do make sure to buy laundry detergent because it doesn’t come with any. 4. Lastly - there was not a filtered water hookup so buying bottles was not ideal for coffee and general drinking. But not a huge deal. Just wasteful. All in all we had a great stay. Our hosts helped find us high chairs for our young ones and walked thru the home and amenities before and at check in.

Plenty of room. Property is as described. The owners provide everything you could possibly need. Very close to the beach (not walking distance). Convenient to groceries restaurants and I-95. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. We loved the outdoor area: pool, screen porch, grill, pool table with ping pong, several areas to sit and relax. It is the end of the summer, so it’s time for a deep cleaning. Excellent host.

I rented this house to host my family from abroad and the house was so comfortable that it was difficult to get my family to want to leave, so I good part of our vacation was simply hanging out by the patio playing ping pong, grilling and enjoying the pool. The rooms were spacious and the beds and sheets were of great quality. Plenty of towels, and all kitchen essentials. Overall we had a great experience.

We needed to buy TP and Tissues as they were not provided (nbd). We did rent cars which was good because the deerfield beach was close but not walking distance for little ones. The pool was amazing, the AC and all appliances worked great. The only trouble we had was one shower head head was not working properly and lots of mosquitoes in the AM and PM so bring bug spray! We also reached out to the landlord for early check and he was accommodating and prompt for all responses. The layout of the house was great giving us space if we needed it. There was high chair, pack n play, floats, sand toys, chairs and plenty of towels allowing us to pack light. I would absolutely stay here again!

Neighborhood very quiet and all neighbors pretty much kept to themselves. LOVED layout of house. All had own space and bathroom. Swimming pool clean and extremely comfortable. We would absolutely rent again. As all aging houses do have some small problems, master bedroom sink lacks water pressure and hot water needs tweeked. Takes a good one, two minutes to warm. Hardly worth mentioning but Landlord will appreciate the heads up i'me sure. All in all for the money, a slam dunk.
