We stayed here last year and really enjoyed coming back to this property. It has a lot to offer in terms of space and entertainment. The children really enjoyed it as well. The only issue we had was that one of our family members who has an allergy to dust was really uncomfortable during the duration of the trip while stayed in one of the downstairs rooms. While the location looked clean, understandably there may have been dust/other allergens in the rooms with carpet, etc. Other than that, everyone had a great time!

The property was awesome. No complaints. Our group of 8 adults had a great time and will probably rent again in the future!

House was as described. Great for our extended family which included a 1 year old. Used high chair on site. Portacrib in closer but we brought our own. Nice location.

Everything was fantastic

Our family enjoyed our stay and it's in a great location. House is roomy and family loved the game room. We did have an issue with a sofa bed however we figured out different sleeping arrangements. We did contact the host and they were willing to help with that but was no big issue for us. There is lil wear and lil damage here and there ( minor areas) but it's understandable for a rental again it didn't cause any type of inconvenience to us at all. Host kept in contact with us through text to make sure all was going good. Overall I highly recommend this rental.

This was the perfect place for our families (including kids). This large home had lots of bedrooms to accommodate our large group. The yard was a great place for our kids to run around and we had the security of it being fenced in. Location was awesome- only 10 minutes to casinos and beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Freya was exceptional to deal with, very receptive and quick to respond!! Great amenities with garage full of activities and things to entertain. Lots of movies and board games. We did not find the house particularly clean and some maintenance is in order,

The property needs some maintenance and improvement

This was a great house. Plenty of room for 10....adults, teens and young one. I wish it was a bit closer to town but it was very peaceful. I would return again and highly recommend it to other renters.

We came up for my daughters 30 Birthday. The layout of the home is fantastic, we had 10 people. The Bocce ball court in the backyard and the hot tub was a blast. Most beds were very comfortable .Great location. We all had a great time. Would definitely stay again!

It is located in a very beautiful area near South Tahoe. It was a fun weekend with all the games and watching movies after nice hikes and beaches

Great house for families that like to cook, eat, and spend time together. Huge dining areas both inside and out and the big comfy couch were awesome for our family of 8.

Had a great time. House was very clean and comfortable. House manager was very good communicating minor issues prior to arrival ex: electric door lock wasn’t working but let us know where a key box was located. First rental we have ever done where they let us check in early if the house cleaners were finished which is very much appreciated when traveling from hours away. Kinda a bummer outdoor activities were limited due to snow covering everything in the backyard. Overall this was our 10th of going somewhere as a group and this was by far the best place we have ever stayed. The house had everything you could want for a getaway.

Was very relaxing nice area

This house was beautiful and fun! We loved our playing in the game room, enjoying the hot tub, and cooking and hanging out in the big kitchen and couch area. It is close to town, so great for excursions. The area has strict quiet hours, but there are many reminders posted around the house so it was super easy to follow the rules! The hosts were excellent in checking in before the trip and having lots of labels and detailed instructions for everything. I highly recommend staying here!

This house was perfect for our family getaway. We really enjoyed the game room. The kitchen was great and we took advantage of making some meals during our stay. The family room was comfortable, as well as the beds. The location is conveniently located to all that South Lake Tahoe has to offer.

We initially picked a different home that had more updates furnishings however ended up going with this one due to the location and I’m glad we did! The pictures don’t do it justice and the extra amenities are a definite plus! Now this is not the place for you if you plan to party while there so younger folks may was to book elsewhere. Lots of rules with this one. They have a great game room that can’t be utilized after 10pm due to the no noise/quiet time restrictions after that time. The same goes for the outside area, deck and hot tub…no use after 10pm. Now I do have to mention the couch in the main living area…let’s just say it has outlived its lifespan and a replacement is highly recommended. The only other small negative is the cleaning rules…I totally understand not leaving the place trashed and picking up after yourself should be a given but having to sweep/vacuum the floors when you’re paying a cleaning fee is a bit much. I must end on a high note, the management and owner is very responsive to your needs and extremely accommodating. We requested an early check in since our flight came in early and it was granted. Also, due to the weather we requested a late check out and that too was granted. We can’t thank them enough for being so understanding. Overall, my family had a wonderful time celebrating my brother and husband’s birthdays at this property!

Spent a week and our grandkids (ages 5 to 15) had a ball. They are all skiers and Heavenly is only 20 minutes away. Spent a lot of time in the game room playing ping pong and Foosball. Kitchen is large and well-equipped. Owner was extraordinarily responsive to questions and special requests. Lots and lots of snow made travel challenging. In winter make sure you know the CalTran tire chain requirements ahead of time.

We were super impressed with your house. It was so roomy and everyone had they're own room. The hot tub and sauna were great. The upstairs and kitchen area were big enough to accommodate dinners for all my family that came. We loved it!

Every year about 5 of us friends take a trip and this we year we decided on Lake Tahoe. We picked his house because of what it all had to offer at a perfect price. Location is always hard since we don't know the area but this place was perfect. Close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked of pots, pans, utensils and more. Which is so helpful when we wanted to cook. The game room was a huge hit. The arcade was my personal favorite because it allowed me to go back in years of when I played many of these games as a kid. The sauna was a luxury piece that we enjoyed. The jacuzzi was the only thing we did not get to use because it was not working properly. It did suck because one reason why we booked this place was to enjoy a night in the jacuzzi. But it did not stop us from enjoying this house. Freya, Miguel and Michael made things right and thats all we could ask for and we are so appreciative of their efforts. There's no way I can give any less stars just because of a jacuzzi. My friends and I decided that we definitely want to come back to this house again in the warmer months and to enjoy the lake. If you are reading this I highly recommend this place wether its a family trip or all adults trip. Its perfect for everyone. Thank you again so much for allowing us and others to stay at this beautiful house.

I choose this place to stay because of the pictures they had of the entire house, was so huge and so many rooms for my family. We came in for 3 nites, and loved the floorplan , open kitchen/ living room is nice you can mingle and have everyone in same area. Lots of snow and backyard was big enough for kids and us adults to throw snow balls and even made a small hill to sled down for little ones to play. Sauna and jacuzzi were nice to have, but did have some technical problems with jets, it turn off and later on would turn back on. But that was all. Master bedroom loved my room, everyone like there rooms, only 2 issues with room.with the bunkbed, the bed in that room my family mention iti sunk in the middle of bed. The room with sofa/futon my sister said she can feel the bar not comfy and no blankets in that room. So make sure you bring extra blankets but they did have alot of pillows in every closet. Other then those little things place is perfect, close to everything . If i had any issue they were always good in responding, didnt have any tho only jacuzzi buttons would delay jets, and Tv remote i was lost but that was my fault, im not good with technology. Oh game room is fantastic! Everyone loves it!

Can’t wait to go back. This house is incredible. Due to having a lot of snow we only had one day out of the house. The game room kept us quite busy. Lots of laughter and family time. It didn’t disappoint

Each year my friends and I rent a cabin in Tahoe to celebrate my best friend’s birthday. This house hit all our boxes — bedrooms, hot tub, and location. The beds are also very comfortable. We were sad to go back home and sleep in our own beds lol. All the kitchen appliances worked. We would definitely stay here again!

Exactly as described. We had a great time. We had some issues with ice and would recommend you ask in advance that ice melt or rock salt be laid liberally on the front steps and walk ways on the driveway and left available to guests. Owner and property manager responded immediately when we reached out and had it resolved in a few hours. Also had a problem with trash (no room for us to throw away because prior guests filled up the bear boxes) and again owner had it taken care of as soon as he could. Game room is awesome. Kitchen fully equipped. Heavenly is only a short drive. Perfect location. Recommend to the owner to redo the instructions on how to use living room TV and suggest to future guests to being a fire stick or Roku with you. Also recommend they fix the blinds that are broken in the living room and purchase curtains that are wide Enough for that big beautiful picture sliding glass door. Overall we were very pleased and had a wonderful time. We saw a bobcat walk across the street in front of the house so that was cool. Highly recommend going snowmobiling in Tahoe City with Snowmobile Tours, Inc. Ask for Spencer he was great. Best day of the trip although the skiers amongst us might disagree. Highly recommend you rent this house. We’d do it again in a heart beat.

I come to Tahoe quite a bit and this has been my favorite rental so far. We had a small family reunion in South Lake and we loved this house. Close to everything and tucked away in a very nice little neighborhood. The game room was a hit with my nephews and my parents cooked an incredible early thanksgiving dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. Will definitely look to stay at this house again.

We really enjoyed our stay here-- lots to enjoy inside and outside, and great location (close to lake, supermarkets, etc.). The kids and adults enjoyed the play room and yard activities. Nice living room + kitchen area to gather. Would love to return again next year!
