We spent the winter 2024 here. The location is steps away from the beach which wasn't ever very busy. Walk the beach for a couple miles each way! The neighborhood was also walkable. 3 miles from "downtown" Pensacola Beach. Lots of parking by the restaurants and activities. The townhouse was comfortable and bedrooms were roomy. The bright lighting in the living area helped because it is at ground level and doesn't get much natural sunlight. Loved the openness of the upper deck for the sun (and wind block when chilly).

The location of this townhouse to the beach is great. Within 3 minutes of walking time my family was setting up our spot at the beach. The townhouse was so close it was easy to run back to the house if we needed a break. Due to how close the beach was we would walk down to the beach two to three times a day. The townhouse was clean and the owner was responsive to questions. I would rent this townhouse again.

We absolutely loved our family beach vacation! Short walk to the beach,like almost right on the beach. Beach view standing on upper level balcony. Big main bedroom with bathroom. Loved our balcony off the main bedroom. Short drive to all the restaurants. Great washer and dryer. Owner takes a couple days to get back with you but answered all our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

This VRBO is even better than the pics. I felt like I was a guest at a friend's condo! Comfortable beds, lush towels, darling decor, the cutest coffee mugs, and high-end cookware. The kitchen was stocked: paper towels, trash bags, foil and plastic wrap, zip lock bags, coffee filters, beautiful wine glasses, nice plates and utensils. Additionally the host provided alot of luxury details like a great grill on the patio, an excellent TV package with mega-channels, peppermint eucalyptus hand soap, nice smelling candles, and even nightlights for the little ones The garage is loaded with beach gear that guests are invited to use: beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, fishing poles, and more. The beach is a short walk out the front door. If you are looking to stay on Pensicola Beach, look no further! We had a great week and we will be back.

Had a wonderful stay at the beach condo. The back door lead straight to the sand and beach. The condo had everything we needed. It even had beach chairs, boards, and umbrella. We would stay again.

We spent Thanksgiving here - it was perfect. Beach is quiet at this location, it is close to the eastern dog beach. Kitchen was sufficiently equipped to make Thanksgiving dinner. Jaime was super welcoming and responsive and we had a great time! Would stay again!

We love the beach in September- crowds are low and water still warm. This condo is excellent in location and availability to all other things we enjoy! Definitely recommend it and we will be back!

Wonderful stay for our extended family of 6 and our pup. Location is amazing. Literally about 50 steps to beach entrance. Spent evenings hunting for ghost crabs. Spent several mornings shelling. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the grill was wonderful for burgers and hot dogs. Publix grocery store is a quick 5 mile drive. Went on a bus tour of historic Pensacola and returned the next day to see the history, childrens, and art museums. Loved the little art gallery coop next to the art museum. The art museum had a wonderful black and white photography exhibit of the Everglades. Traveled to Mobile (60 min drive) for a terrific air boat tour. Saw many gators and wildlife. Got breakfast from the Dropout bakery in Mobile. Had wonderful dinners at Jacos in downtown Pensacola and the Shrimp Basket in Pensacola beach.

Jamie, the host, was prompt at responding to questions before and during our stay. The place was nice inside and oitaide. She has all the chairs, body boards, and a beach umbrella. She has a grill, and the kitchen is fully stocked. I wish she had a slow cooker and a fan for tje patio. Other than that, I can't find anything else to mention. It's nice the condo is away from the commotion of Beach boulevard. The neighborhood is a safe place. One of the younger kids walked to tje beach at dark, and we felt ok letting him go by himself

I love Pensacola Beach, and this property was everything I was looking for! Location, location, location. It was literally 200 steps (I counted) to have your feet in the water. Well appointed kitchen, and plenty of Beach chairs, boogie boards, and some sand toys. The only thing I would recommend is some hooks or racks for wet swimwear and towels. Jaime was an excellent host, who was easy to communicate with. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your property.

Easy to check-in/out. Very close to beach. Only issue was it rained 50% of our stay. Had one problem when it rained very hard was the patio door leaked from the top. But that didn’t stop the fun!!!!

We will definitely go back! All 6 of us had a blast!!!

We had everything we needed for the stay and more. Couldn’t thank the hostess more for all the extras in the kitchen and at the drink station.

Everything was great, easy beach access, plenty of everything we needed and great space. Very spacious. The only thing questionable looked like the materials in the garage were prepared to fix, which was the lower deck. Hopefully, they will add a gate to the back beach access. We didn't use the lower deck but maybe in the future.

This villa was perfect for our family with room to spare. It was very clean, smelled clean and was well equipped with all the necessities - nice beach chairs, hand soap, detergent , trash bags and even a few spices. Most important a very short walk to the beach. We’d book this place again.

Pensacola Beach is a special place for us. This property is very nice inside, and is adequately stocked for a vacation stay. One tip, do laundry during the day. The garage door has to be up to run the dryer. The appliances are very nice.
