Je n'hésiterai pas à refaire appel à Views on Venice pour une autre expérience :) La répartition et la gestion du chauffage dans l'appartement par les thermostats... Le chauffage fonctionne très bien mais il est difficile de réguler la température.

We like everything. View. View. View. But also perfect Internet connection (very rare amenity in Venice), super matresses, high quality linen, hot water with nice pressure, very convinient bathroom spaces and counters, lots of small details which made our stay worry free... Private dock!!!! Do you imagine? To have private dock in Venice!!! Quiet! Location is absolutely the best as well. Spacious! it's plenty space for everybody ! THANKS A LOT! Just keep the same highest level of service and property condition.

We stayed for (4) days in Venice with grandparents, ourselves and kids. The location in Venice is outstanding and the property is super nice. Loved our stay!

Great location, with fantastic Grand Canal views from the living room. Apartment is spacious but in need of some repairs and refreshing. Agency very helpful with arranging transportation.

L'appartamento è come descritto, si trova in una zona tranquilla, la stanza principale dà sul Canal Grande con una vista meravigliosa. ll servizio è puntuale, sempre accessibile, sempre pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta che avevamo. Abbiamo dovuto spostare più volte il nostro soggiorno, ha funzionato senza nessun problema.

The view from the apartment is magical and unforgettable with the light on the canal at different times of the day, it is so beautiful. You can't help but appreciate that you are looking at a view painted by artists over the centuries. The apartment is wonderfully quiet except for the lovely sound of lapping water you hear when in the canal side bedroom. The location is ideally suited to walking everywhere - I especially recommend a daily visit to Rizzaardini, very close by, for coffee and cakes. There are excellent restaurants just a few minutes away yet the apartment is situated in its own quiet but bright calle. You are close to the tourist trail, but if you are wise you visit San Marco early in the morning or at night and explore the rest of Venice during the day. The after hours tour of St Mark's basilica (book online) is amazing. Overall the apartment is excellent: stylish, clean, modern and safe, but the Views on Venice team are exceptional. Don't hesitate to use this company from ordering taxis to groceries to taking your luggage to the airport, and at a reasonable cost. We traveled with another couple and I’ll four of us agreed that this was an absolutely amazing property! We really enjoyed the location and the view of the canal. Everything was very clean and the photos or a good representation of the actual property.
