Clean and tidy room, friendly and helpful staff on reception

The room was spotless on arrival and cleaned daily. There was plenty of room, with a desk, safe and hangers for clothes. The bathroom was clean and the walk-in shower easy to use. The staff were superb, extremely friendly and helpful.

I think you could look at expanding the breakfast menu. Maybe with more cheeses to chose from.

Just one thing to mention: Paolo was the nicest person ever! Still amazed by how he carried our luggage just like that and still looked like a well-dressed gentlemen.

You have to know how to find the parking space and get up to the hotel: Just park down at the street (with look up to the hotel) in the blue marked area. Get a parking ticket at the machine. Then get up to the hotel to get rid of your luggage first. Don‘t make the mistake to walk the stairs (as we dummies did). Their is an escalator on the left (see photo). The staff will tell you how to find their parking lot. We did not need it for our short stay and stayed with our car at the street.

The room was lovely, they cleaned every day, the staff was nice and kind. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is an interesting building, located very near to the train station. The room was spacious and it had everything we needed. It also had a really nice shower. The people on reception were also very friendly which always gets a stay off to a good start.

The hotel is a bit difficult to get to from street level. The lift actually ended up being quite a stressful experience but you would probably get used to it if you stayed there longer than we did. I would recommend taking the stairs if you don't have too much luggage.

The location is vert convenient. It is close to the train station, but also relatively quiet. Our room was spacious and had a stunning view to the harbour.

The breakfast was rather disappointing.

Don’t be deceived by the stairs - there is a lift to a very cute hotel the room was clean and bathroom was great. the staff were very knowledgeable and gave great tips and advice. really great place Would stay again.

Nothing, everything was perfect

The view of port and sea from the room was just amazing, you can spend hours admiring the city! Also, the reception was just perfect - people here are very friendly, caring. It was so nice we even nostalgically waved goodbye when leaving.

Breakfast had quite limited options of food, but the food itself was good and delicious.

great hotel and great staff. within walking distance of excellent cafes and restaurants, the main attractions. across the road is the railway station, from where you can leave for the coast of Liguria. The soundproofing is good, besides the street is not noisy and we slept with the window open.

Very nice hotel close to train station. We got top floor room with amazing view to Genoa port and small balcony. Comfortable bed, very clean, good working air conditioning, nice bathroom. Pretty descent breakfast. Very amazing receptionist works on the front desk who gave us a lot of interesting info about Genoa and places to visit. Enjoyed our stay very much

Good location close to the Stazione Principe. Received an excellent friendly and informative welcome to the hotel and they kindly allowed us to check in slightly early. Room was spacious and clean with a balcony and port view. All staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was basic but enjoyable.

A kettle in the room too make tea and coffee would have been nice.

This hotel is in a great location in terms of being close to the main train station, restaurants and the Old town Genoa tourist attractions.The hotel is very clean and with very friendly staff. Air-conditioning worked well in the heat at this time.

Pillows were very small, toilet cistern was leaking a bit.
