O quarto tem móveis com estética antiga, porém muito bem conservados, o que dá um charme pro hotel. Achei tudo muito bonito e confortável.

Sempre gosto da recepção, da acolhida desde o funcionário que nos auxilia com as malas na entrada, até a simpatia e respeito que somos tratados por todos. Desde a recepção, limpeza, café da manhã, etc. A localização é maravilhosa, no coração entre o flamengo e o catete e bem pertinho do largo do machado. Próximo ao metrô, de fácil deslocamento, muito movimento e clima familiar de padarias, residenciais, lanchonetes, botecos e farmácias. Gostei muito e indico sempre.

Talvez a variedade no café da manhã, em relação às opções, entre pães, grãos e fibras, possa melhorar. Mas tudo foi muito bem preparado e você é muito bem atendido em qualquer solicitação adicional.

The staff is awful.

Great location! Good shower, relaxing. Comfortable beds and powerful air-conditioner (much needed in Rio).

The hotel needs a remodel, it’s too old. The room looks like we went back to 1990’s.

Close to the metro station, friendly staff. You can find night shops around, bars and cafes. The hotel has a discount on the Killo buffet.

A lot of mosquitos in the room, not too aggressive tho. The neighborhood is fine but dirty. The hotel itself is clean. You can find something to eat for breakfast if you are not too picky, but every day is the same.

Everything was perfect. Cleaning, location, staff and breakfast. Towels are replaced on a daily basis. Totally recommend!

Wifi could be better.

It was just all around good for everything I wanted while in Rio.

Everything was good, staff very nice and friendly, we even check in few hours before. Room big, furniture a bit old, but doesn’t change good score. Breakfast with very nice options. Location perfect!

Just slow internet.

The room size was quite good and the hotel is located in a safe area in Rio. The staff were polite and the breakfast was acceptable though they can improve that by having pancakes or waffles, or at least a toaster. But again, overall, it was acceptable. There is also a small fridge in the room which is great! And the air conditioner worked well! (very important for me)

I get there after 10 pm after a long flight and the first thing I wanted to do was to have a shower but I found out there were no toiletries at all apart from towels and a soap! Everywhere was closed and I could not buy anything and also the reception did not have any shampoo to give me or sell! I know it is a three stars hotel but a hotel with this high price should provide at least shampoo, body lotion and a boiler I believe. Moreover, not all of them at the reception can speak English. I had a hard time sometimes to be able to talk to the receptionists. I also asked to get a room at the highest level possible in my booking to have a silent room but they gave me a room at level 2!!!! And they were not flexible AT ALL to change it based on my request. And the last point which is very important is their price! It was my first journey in Rio so I have no idea about the average hotel quality but with their price, I have booked really amazing 4 and 5 stars hotels on different continents! I really don't understand why the price is 2 or even three times more expensive than what they have to be for a 3 stars hotel!

Very good staff on reception, breakfast and housekeeping. Very convenient location for metro, buses, shops, restaurants etc. Just a very good, well organised hotel. Large rooms.

Some fittings are dated, but mostly everything was fine.

very noisy, you hear conversations or the TV from neighboring rooms, very old air conditioner that makes a lot of noise, water in shower takes a long time to get hot, wifi is very weak, I was overcharged for mineral water in the fridge
