Très bonne accessibilité, confort. Je suis une habituée et ait souvent conseillé l'établissement
d'avoir coché un tarif incluant le petit déjeuner sur le booking, d'avoir demandé en arrivant le soir l'heure du petit déjeuner, d'apprendre que c'est seulement à 7h, et d'apprendre ensuite que je ne suis pas inscrite, et d'avoir dû payer 18 euros de petite déjeuner (???!!!), information qui ne m'a au moins pas été donnée le soir de mon arrivé! Ce qui révèle un manque de professionnalisme total!

Some staff at reception were nice and smiling.
The housekeeping or hotel staff doesn’t know the state of the rooms. First they gave us the room which was with dirty bathroom, leaking water- really lots of water on the floor- everything needed serious repair in a bathroom , and it seems nobody is checking the rooms whether they are ready for new guests.
Then they gave us the double bed room instead of twin room- which I originally booked. They assumed that I will share same bed with my 80 years old auntie;
Then they finally gave us a room -on a floor which was undergoing refurbishment-with plastic covered corridor..
anyway. It is over now. But the room supervision or housekeeping/technical team definitely needs either change of management or good training.
The receptionists then were trying their best to be nice .😁

The location was quite good. Close to stations and shops
I didn't like the fact that the staff don't clean the rooms. I didn't see this announced upon booking. Booking sites need to clearly state that there is an additonal charge for room cleaning, change of towels and other bits.

It’s a good valley for money hotel

Clean, spacious room with a nice bathroom and very well equipped kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, stove, microwave, dishwasher). The hotel even has a washing machine and dryer to use for a small price. Very close to the metro station La Timone and supermarkets. Not a pretty area but safe even at night and well connected to public transport.

Good sized room with all mod cons.
Stayed for four days and didn't get fresh towels. The room wasn't serviced either in 4 days.

the location is good few minutes from metro station
trash bons were full of previous occupant dust and bad smell .
by 23:30 when we opented the bed for third person there waere no sheets no pillows, when call the reception the answer was i don’yt have any now , you should check that on arrival !?
reception personnel were not able to deluver a second access card each team recommend to talk to the next shift team … really not a good practice .

Clean and comfortable room, tasty breakfast, kind and friendly staff. Good location (few minutes walking to the metro station).

Actually Nothing
The Reception service didn't speak good English, we had a special request which communicated 2 weeks prior and wasn't fulfilled. There was no Wifi. The room that was given to us had a broken door, broken door handles, unpainted wall and full of paint smell.
The room didn't have cushions which we had to arrange from another room.
Due to France Strike, we had to return early but they didn't manage to even refund some charges.

We received the most warm welcome on arrival. The room was superb and exceeded our expectations. A lot of thought had gone into the needs of travellers staying just a few days. A small thing, but there was a retractable washing line over the bath which made things so much easier for washing out smalls. The beds were very comfy, the location to the Metro and supermarkets excellent and the hotel area very quiet. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it.
