The Host was amazing very easy to work with. The apartment was very clean a lot of towels, and hot water. The kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed. Apartment location was amazing walking distance from the cool and young area in Paris, with cool and fun bars and restaurants.

There is really not so many negative and bad things I have to say for my wife and I it just worked.

Position, close to the metro, a considerable number of very nice pubs and restaurants nearby.

No lift but it is not an owner fault.

The location of the apartment, in Marais neighborhood, is perfect. You are surrounded by restaurants, bars, shops, museums - everything you want just a few minutes away by foot. In fact, we used the metro just to go to the airport. The apartment is very clean and offers everything you need - even a coffee machine or pots and pans and a washing machine if you need. Remy , the owner, is available and gave us several recommendations for good restaurants. The room had minimum furniture and was very airy and light. The building also has an elevator - that can be helpful to carry the luggage to the 3rd floor.

The apartment is tiny - you can stay there for a week but no more. There is not much space to keep your luggage or put your clothes. So pack light :)

Location is amazing, the apartment is more specious than a hotel room, and the property manager was very helpful.

Getting in to the building is a bit complex and the building isn’t heated. When we arrived the apartment wasn’t heated as well and it took a while to heat it, one of the lightbulb was burnt, it could have been cleaner and in general the apartment didn’t look as good as the pictures. We also learned that for a six night stay we would want the room to be cleaned from time to time.

Great location with metros within a few minutes walk. Lots of restaurants close by. Nice spacious apartment room which was very clean. Great and easy communication with Sebastian.

Seems typical in EU to not have elevators in apartments so we had to climb up and down with our luggage in narrow stairs. We were aware of this and was fine with it but older people would have an issue.

Location was very close to to Metro stops and a wonderful bakery was nearby for picking up breakfast. ````

The location was excellent! The apartment was a good size for our family of four. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We loved the old world charm of the original beam construction mixed with fully modern updates. Last, but absolutely not least, Remy and Gaylor were so kind and helpful! We would definitely stay again!

Can't think of a thing!

It was perfect, the location is really good with all the commodities to have a great stay. The apartment is ver clean and comfortable. Andrea and family are very kind and aware of us anytime, additionally gave us some great recommendations that were a plus during our stay. My family and I had an amazing trip.

location is convenient to everywhere so we could walk to all the monuments and museums and if Uber ride and food delivery was inexpensive to this location. Me and my daughter felt safe coming and going and resting at night. Loved having a washing combination dryer and they even provided the detergent. We all the dishes and utensils we needed and the microwave and fridge made it possible to grocery shop and have food our disposal when we didn’t feel like going out a while and wanted to sleep in. Remy was awesome! He helped us to figure out getting around the city and was available via the booking app all the time to answer any questions.

I wouldn’t say it’s a dislike, but you do need to know just in case you’re unable to carry your luggage up or down a flight of steps. The elevator doesn’t go to the ground floor and so if our have heavy luggage you may have to have someone help or may not be able to stay here because of the one flight of steps.

The absence of the lift. But its a small detail

It was the perfect location, lovely decorated flat, comfy and clean. It was in a safe street with lots of shops and bars around, so absolutely perfect.

There's not many things to complain about, to be honest. It was truly all we needed and we were so happy with the place! Nothing from it was bad.

Host was friendly & helpful. Central location. Easy to catch public transport. Surrounded by supermarkets & cafes.

We were aware that we had stairs to climb to reach the apartment but did not realise exactly how many there were until we arrived as we were on Level 4. The stairs were quite steep and not very much room to manoeuvre. When we booked the apartment, we did not realise at the time it was on the 4th level. More information is needed to indicate this so that people know exactly what they are booking. If we had known this, then we would have requested an apartment on a lower level.

Great place for two in the middle of Marais, ideal for a few days in Paris. Has everything you need. Quiet and spacious. Very friendly, helpful and uncomplicated communication with the agency, thank you!
