Very good location indeed. The guy at the reception met me very friendly and helpfully. Can't say the same friendliness for the lady receptionists during my stay. There is a nice restaurant bar at the lobby. Room was big. Interesting layout. Drinks in the minibar are free(finally a hotel made it in the world) A/C works well.

Terrible pillows. Average mattress. There could be biscuit etc. maybe along with tea/coffee. Disposable slippers needed.

For the price it’s really good, the interior design is really nice and the rooms are so comfortable with loads of natural light and I loved the lighted up mirror

The tv wasn’t a smart tv, and was quite small but I barely used it anyways

I love the location of this hotel the bar is lovely to sit and relax in breakfast was very good. the view from our bedroom was not great this is the second time we stayed. but that cant be helped

maybe just the carpet on the corridor could have been cleaner but otherwise all good

Checking in and out with minimal fuss. Attentive staff. Great room with splendid view. Location excellent. Very quiet. Good breakfast.

The television in the room was surprisingly difficult to operate but maybe we’re just technophobic.

Asked for high floor and this was taken into account. Hotel was fully booked but still quiet.

it was very expensive as there were three concerts on in Manchester the night we stayed.

Bed was a bit hard. Felt the price was expensive for what we received. Room was quite stuffy at night. Aircon room control didnt seem very effective.

Room looked amazing except we had two beds pushed together instead of nice big bed. It was very expensive but it is Manchester city centre. The shower very confusing, definitely needed instructions.

we like the clean modern lines. beds are lovely and large.

the breakfast this time was not as good as usual. lacking in bread department. usually there are granary type bagels and some other items were missing from breakfast. due to private functions we couldn’t use restaurant or bars which is a shame.

Great location for HOME Theatre in Manchester, ie bang next door. I liked the steam and sauna rooms I had a large spacious double upstairs, with generous refreshments ( coffees, cold drinks). I liked the shower. Restaurant downstairs was excellent albeit rather slow in providing first course. I liked the design of the hotel downstairs, very modern.

The bedroom was gloomy in that some walls were dark gray, but that is easily rectified. The carpet had seen better days. Bed was massive but not that comfortable, but I guess I don't like hard mattresses.
