The hotel staff were really friendly and welcoming and the hotel really takes its time to make guests feel welcome. Free mints, breakfast room was able to be used and snacks taken from it all day long. The room was delightful with the painted ceiling and the old-fashioned nature of it really added to the atmosphere. A number of people complained about the windows being thin, which was the case but I think any thickness of windows wouldn't keep the large number of motorcycles at bay! The breakfast was small but adequate. A little bit of a walk into the centre but I didn't mind that. I really enjoyed my stay.

I didn't really like the bathroom, it was old-fashioned and had a number of issues with it. The shower has the potential to cause injury as it was in tiles and very slippery, there was a paper towel stuffed into a random hole in the tiles. The toilet constantly made noise and the door didn't shut. One oversight was that the bathroom had a ceiling made smaller the window's shutter didn't cover the light coming from the outside. The property also wasn't the cleanest with a lot of dust on top of the wardrobe (as I hung a coat off the top of it to dry). One thing the property could consider is a higher-watt bulb in the main light to brighten it up a bit.

We stayed downstairs right next to the breakfast room and were woke up every morning. They should build a permanent wall between the room and the breakfast hall. It makes you feel rather inconfortable.

Bathroom is very dirty, the bathtub was not washed. The staff Miss Claire who welcome us is very very helpful and polite. Breakfast is correct. The mattresses are comfortable but the bed structure makes some noise, which is quite annoying.

O quarto é lindo e espaçoso

Quarto grande e boa localização. Fomos andando para chegar ao centro turístico. Usamos a vaga de garagem e deu tudo certo. As recepcionistas eram bastante atenciosas e o café da manhã era gostoso e farto.

O banheiro era longe do quarto e não encontramos a chave para trancar o banheiro. O colchão não nos agradou por ser muito mole.

Una bellissima struttura ma ha bisogno di lavori di ristrutturazione. Alcuni sembrano possibili ed alcuni non lo permette il periodo storico al quale appartiene l’edificio- da una conversazione molto amichevole e riflessiva con il gestore Davide.

Ar condicionado portatil e barulhento. O quarto abre pra sala de café O jardim sem manutenção, com água parada e cheio de pernilongos.

Ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer. Das Zimmer war zum Garten, in welchem man seinen Ausflug in die Stadt sehr schön ausklingen lassen konnte. Die Lage ist perfekt. Die etwas schwierige Parksituation wurde exzellent gelöst, indem das Auto im Hof plaziert wurde. Wir habe uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Fridge in room did not work

The facility had it own private parking, as well as the dining room was so close to my room as I could not be happier because of that fact. The service of the hosts was also incredible!!!

Many issues with the facilities : - Room door open straigh on the breakfast room. - Room door wasnt closing and opening properly. - The bed was fixed... - The shower head was totaly broken... plus mold on the shower... It's a really shame cause the room is beautiful. Some details aren't acceptable for the price of the night.

The description was not according to the really. The water of the toilet was not working properly, the shower was veeery old, the ventilation system was working but with noise. The room was big but you could hear everything from outside, the fridge was working but not serving... Old ..old place with a smell of old. .. the report money room is not equal. And no air conditioning..it was in other room so for sleeping we had one vent but not the best. In exchange,...the breakfast was 9 points from 10. I didn't eat but I could see that you could choose from a verity. Per total i will not return there ..I think they need to Restaurate all the place before adding it on booking as is a shame for the nice persoanes working there..they were very kind and nice

I'll be very frank and very fair about my stay for 1 night which I had to end due to the extreme street noises that I had in my room. Language Barrier: That was a problem as the young lady staying in the place doesn't speak English, and only the owners which speak English. I had to call several time to know where is the place as I couldn't find a clear picture for it on booking. Several calls while holding my 20 k bag and I'm all sweating 😑 and at the end I got the owner on the phone and clearly showed up in the street. Room and Street Noises : The room is mesmerizing, the ceiling is all painted like old churches 😍 and the vintage style of an old room. All was butterfly and rainbows at the beginning, and suddenly I started to hear those nonstop motorcycle engines more often. Non stop and I mean it, some with Race, some with a custom and all other kind. Cars as well.. Everything. 🤦🏻‍♂️ It was hell to me, specially am a very light sleeper and I need complete silence. I asked them at the beginning to change the room but there was no available rooms and they suggested to do that the next day, which I couldn't bear it. They even offered a better and bigger room, that wasnt the problem, the entire apartment is amplifying the sounds, you can hear it from all over the place, but it's worse for the rooms next to the streets. You are literally sleeping in the streets!!!! I really wished that I can spend 2 or 3 more days, but it's unbearable, yet am not exaggerating. Owners are sweet and amazing, yet the most desired thing for any traveller is Calmness at night is not there. I called booking and the owner and luckily they were so gentle to offer me a refund for the second day 🙏 My suggestion to the owner is to find a way to seal those windows, if am the owner of this beautiful place I would do whatever for this amazing place to loose the only negative thing to it. Secure motorbike parking is available on site. There's also free onstreet parking 100 metres away. It's a busy street so street facing roons may be noisy as the windows are timber framed and single glazed. My earplugs meant a good nights' sleep was had. The shutters are great to keep the roon cool and dark in the mornings. The staff were really helpful on checkin, giving suggestions for restaurants and sites to visit.

The staff, was excellent, friendly and helpful, location very central but at the same time is like an Oasis of peace. They offer you complementary food and drinks(even wine and beer), nice continental breakfast which they brought forward half an hour earlier to accommodate our departing needs, they booked a Taxi to the airport for us. One of the best ever.

Nothing was bad.
