You can’t beat the location. Less than 1 minute from your front door to the lift - and that’s walking with your snowboard attached. Plenty of room for 10 - there’s also a sleeper sofa (would fit 1) in the back bedroom, and you could easily put an air mattress in the living room. We brought a griddle and we’re glad we did for extra cooking space.

The perfect spot for family and friends to ski in and out.

This is our second time to stay in the penthouse. Just like the first time, it was a perfect place to stay. We had a 6 month old with us along with 3 couples and two teenagers and there was plenty of room. Walk out to the lift was so convenient, and you walk out of the elevator and the penthouse was right in front of you. Communication with the owner was so easy and he immediately responded to any questions. The Lord willing, I hope we stay here next year!

We love staying in Penthouse B. There is enough room for all of us to spread out and not be on top of each other. Doug has been fast to fix any problems that have come up. Already planning next years trip.

The accommodations were exceptional! We had everything we needed. The owner was easy to work with and very responsive. The views are incredible and we had a great time. We will definitely be back

Dear VRBO by Evolve, Parking is an issue at Base Camp Lodge. Your rental condos at Base Camp do not talk about parking issues and they should. One car in the garage, one car on the outside premise is allowed. Other parking over night is allow next door at the pool area. I must have gotten 3 different parking explanations, worried to death that after renting a unit to accommodate 10 people, someone would get a $250 fine. Ten people do not all arrive in one car. Ten people do not rent a van to bring them from out of state to the unit. We had 3 cars and the online hostess said over flow parking was 1.8 miles away. If I had another choice I would have cancelled this reservation due to the parking chaos. The unit is excellent and would rent it again now that I know how the parking works. You should provide better information for guest at Base Camp Lodge. Sincerely, Jannett

Plenty of space for family. Since they can only come down in one place, it’s nice we could see grandkids while sitting on the deck. Property was clean with good amenities. Owner left very good instructions so it was Easy access to ski locker, slope, and garage. Only issue was slow drain in master shower. We stayed here because we a looking to buy a family/retirement home. On site staff not that friendly and prefer to ignore you instead of answering a simple question. So will look else where to buy, but would not hesitate to enjoy this property again for a few days

The location and the recent snow made this just perfect. Everyone had a bed! The equipped kitchen made meal preparation easy, we even prepared a full Turkey dinner! The View of the slopes from the balcony was so wonderful. Easy access for the kids to go out and play, walking distance to hills for sledding. Short drive to the lakes, grocery store and to neighboring towns. Christmas tree set the holiday spirit in motion. Unfortunately the parking garage only allowed for one car and our group had 2, the fireplace gas line was not turned on and the main bathroom did not lock. Overall it was a great place to stay!

We have stayed in this condo twice and just booked our third trip. We love the high ceiling, loft, view and space this condo provides. Everything works great and is nice and clean upon arrival. My only suggestion would be to throw out the rugs and start new or none at all, especially in the kitchen.

We had a great week at Granby Ranch! This penthouse was amazing. It was very clean and we had plenty of room. The views from the balcony were awesome! I could watch my family coming off the slopes and talk to them right from my balcony. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great trip in Granby with another family our daughter and another couple and their two boys met in Denver. We are from Wisconsin and our 11 year old was a bit intimidated to ski out West but Granby was perfect she was easily skiing the the entire area the ski in ski out was perfect. Having the pool and jacuzzi was great for the kids as well. The condo was well appointed and a great size fo the 7 of us. There were no lines at all on the lifts and it was a perfect vacation. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The access to skiing was wonderful. We could sit on the balcony and watch our family ski when we needed a break and just head down stairs and right to the lift when we were ready to ski again. We stayed with another family and there was plenty of space for all of us. We will definitely come back.

We love the location and the space in this condo. The loft was so much fun for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend getting rid of the rug under the kitchen table because it was really hard to keep clean. We are already booked for next year!

Very well equipped, spacious condo for our Granby Ranch vacation. A very large group of us come stay a week every ski season and this is definitely the biggest room that any of us have been able to book. Has everything from towels to kitchen necessities and if you can’t find it there’s a grocery store within 5 minutes. And it’s awesome that you can sit out on the porch and watch the kiddos ski down the mountain or sit out & grill at the Base Camp One firepit. Only CON I have with Base Camp One is how far you walk with no good route to the pool/hot tub... definitely bring a robe, your own huge beach towel , and some warm but easy to remove footwear to wear down to that area. Once there there is warm bathroom/shower area with cubbies for your belongings.

8 adults stayed for 4 nights in this property, and it was great! Plenty of room for everyone, and 3 baths made it easy for everyone to get ready without getting in each other's way. The decor was attractive and the condo was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was awesome: nice appliances, a quiet dishwasher, and plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils for everyone. The laundry was nice too, and supplies for laundry and dishwashing were included. We had questions on arrival, and the representative we were asked to contact responded immediately. Outside space included a large deck with a table and chairs that looked over the chairlift and the bike trails. There were a few cons as well. Wifi and cell reception is poor, but I gather that is generally the case in the mountains. The kitchen rug did not have a pad under it, and it was quite slippery. 2 chairs in the kitchen were wobbly, and one had broken rungs on the back. Since we were there in the summer and there is no AC, we had to open the deck doors to get cool air into the space, but since there are no screen doors, we also had to tolerate some insects. A fan in the loft area would do a lot to make that space more comfortable for sleeping, as it tended to be hot and stuffy. A mirror in the loft would also be nice for those sleeping up there. The Christmas decorations need to be taken down. Weird to have a Christmas tree in the living room in July! Parking may also be an issue. There is one dedicated space in the garage for the Penthouse, and it was unclear where others should park their cars. This information needs to be included in the general info provided to clients. Also, the information in the condo stated that guests could use the chairlift for free, but that proved not to be true, so we all paid the fee. Maybe it's different during ski season. All in all, this is a clean, roomy, nice space that I would use again and recommend to others.

We loved, loved the Penthouse. We have stayed in other 3 bedroom, 3 bath units at Base Camp One but were finally able this year to reserve the Penthouse. The view of the mountain was perfect from the living room and three of the bedrooms. We had more than enough room for our group of seven. Loved it that the unit had Christmas decorations and were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the fireworks on New Year's Eve. We had the perfect location to watch them off of our balcony. Granby has become our favorite ski area. The slopes are not too difficult, and we love being able to watch the children ski down and ride up the lift over and over. Also loved that we had our own personal, reserved parking space in the garage, right by the door to the elevator. And, of course, enjoyed the heated locker room. We have already made our reservations for next year.

The condo is beautifully situated right on the Granby Ranch ski resort, which is very convenient. There is lots of room for everyone to have their own beds and bathrooms and spread out. The deck is huge and overlooks the ski resort and other mountains. The only downfall was the absence of reliable Wifi, but I already discussed this with the owner, and he plans to purchase private Wifi soon.

We had two families using the condo. One with two adults and three young children and another family with two adults and two small children. They used the three down stair bedrooms/bathrooms. Those two families filled the condo. Complaints: No soap/shower-bath supplies. Ski lockers were hard to get into--needs a key pad lock. Need extra set of entry door keys: One set was not enough for two families. Or install entry key pad lock. Otherwise--a nice unit that we will rent again. Thanks: Brent Barby

We were amazed at how spacious and comfortable the condo was. It had a lot more room than expected and it had everything we needed. The balcony looked out to ski runs and was able to sit in comfort and watch the family ski . Instructions and contact person was readily available. It is a true ski in ski out condo. The amenities were great and family really enjoyed them. The beds were really comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. It was decorated for Christmas and made our stay seem like the true Christmas vacation we wanted.

Clean, roomy, well equipped condo. Overlooks the lifts and is right next to the lodge.

Penthouse B was a perfect condo for our three couples and two kids! The grandparents loved the balcony as everyone was enjoying the awesome mountain biking! Worth every penny!
