L'hôtel est très bien situé, juste en face de la gare de L'est. Le personnel est bienveillant, la chambre était très propre, un point important pour moi et ce qui nous a permis de nous reposer après notre trajet. J'adorerais le décor. Nous avons également profité de magnifique bouteille de vin offert par l'hôtel. Le lit était confortable et très propre. Nous y vont retourner avec les enfants pour la prochaine fois. Merci

Le seul bémol c'est le SDB. Après une douche le sol reste un peu humide. Sinon il est super beau et spacieux.

Literie correcte, propreté tout à fait okay, espace petit mais fonctionnel.

entrée de l'hôtel rendue un peu difficile à cause des personnes hélas en difficulté (SDF, personnes de la rue). Un agent de sécurité est là mais l'ambiance de l'entrée est peu engageante. L'hotel devrait peut-être s'organiser pour trouver des solutions pour ces pauvres gens sur le trottoir, peut être quelque chose de créatif, afin de rendre le tout moins malaisé ?

La situation '

Le frigo vide même pas une bouteille d'eau (réponse du réceptionniste, c'est une chambre standard, à 164 euros quand même) pour un hôtel de cette catégorie c'est moyen. La moquette pleine de tâches. La propreté de la douche à revoir.

Wifi un peu faiblard.

Plafond salle de bain en mauvais état, obligation d enjamber une baignoire très haute, pas de distributeur de produits douche seulement un petit savon sous plastique, une salle de bain pas digne d'un 4 étoiles

The guy on the reception are not plaite.I have booked a room with 2 single bed, and they gave a room with duble bed.I told them to change my room but theyre answer was ""this is the stanart two single bed room"" they dont listen to you and given you foolish answer. My rezervation booking is for two single bed as my collegue and I are only shareingthe roon.

Despite booking a suite, had to ask for dental kit, telephone, water and supplies were provided only on demand. Things should be provided prior arrival.

First of all its location meets my travel plan. However, by the rate 7.7 by booking feels to me downgrade when my first find the hotel. Finally, everything is totally different about room condition, bath room, bed are very comfy and new. Overall should be rate by 8 or more.

Room was extremely hot. Staff didn’t have any solution. Fire alarm went off at 630 in the A.M. woke entire building up, hotel staff had no clue what was going on. Rooms needs to be cleaner.

The carpets were dirty, room was too tiny to fit luggage. Room service was not thorough.

Clean and tidy room, helpful staff and literally across the road from the lovely Gare De L’Est train station, so easy to get around the city from here. Gare Du Nord is a 10min walk away as well - that’s not the nicest neighbourhood if you’re a solo traveller so walk with haste.

Two nights, the music was so loud from the venue on top of the train station until midnight and 1:30am the following night and my room faced this.
