We had such a great time!! The house was very clean and had everything we could’ve needed for our stay. Our host was very easy to communicate with and very hospitable with anything she could help us with. The house is the perfect size for a small group, we had 4 adults and my Sheltie and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. I would definitely refer this place to any friends or family that ask!

Peace in the pines! Everything you need at your fingertips. Great enclosed wrap around deck for our mini schnauzer to chase the ball. Up North at its best. Spent most my time on the back swing. We stayed in Lynn’s beautiful home for our daughters graduation from NAU. The home was perfect for us and we were very comfortable. Lynn was very communicative and available when I had questions. Thank you for the bottle of wine too! We will definitely look to book again when coming to Munds Park/Flagstaff.

We had the best time at Lynn’s cabin in the woods! It was even better than the photos, had everything we needed and was in the perfect location for our daily hikes in Sedona. We can’t wait to come back again soon!

Munds Park Treehouse
This place was a wonderful relaxing oasis. It’s off the beaten path but easy enough to get to Flagstaff and Sedona. The national forest access was amazing and beautiful! The house itself was great, the deck that wrapped around the house made it feel like a treehouse and the small dog yard was very helpful. Abundant firewood got us through many cold nights.
The homes are pretty close together, we were there in the winter so less people were around but it would be lots less secluded with a full neighborhood. Also, the recliners in the living room were not at all comfortable and need to be replaced. Otherwise 5 stars all the way!

Peace and Quiet!
Charming cabin, perfect for relaxing and recharging after a day in one of the many available attractions in the area. Not a lot of restaurant options in the immediate area, but kitchen is fully stocked and open to main living area - very pleasant to prepare meals at home and enjoy the fireplace. Great location for day trips - visited Grand Canyon, Painted Desert/Petrified Forest and Red Rock State park and all were easy scenic drives.

Quiet and Tranquil
If you are seeking a quiet getaway, it is a great rental. However, the bed in master bedroom and pillows needs updated. The bed was very hard and I had to cut my visit short because my back couldn't handle it. The pillows were old and flat. The livingroom furniture looked nice but also showing wear exampled by the recliner that is far past comfortable. The cabin is in a beautiful location and has everything you need, just needs modernized for the money you spend to stay there.

Had a great experience with this property. Very nice, clean and well stocked cabin. Weber BBQ worked well and fire place was useful with the cool weather. Perfect location to hit up Flagstaff or Sedona. Great little community with great trails to explore.

Weeklong stay for hiking and biking
Three of us enjoyed our stay at the house. It’s in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle of Sedona and near flagstaff. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was nicely stocked. The owner was very responsive to our needs.

Pinewood Perfect!
We had a great stay at Casita Bonita. Lynn went out of her way to make sure everything was neat clean and sterile. The wrap around porch with all of its seating was perfect for morning or afternoon enjoyment. Fully stocked kitchen, including condiments. We would definitely stay there again.

We had the best getaway! Lynn was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to answer questions and made us feel right at home. The house was stocked well with everything we needed. Perfect getaway!
We decided very last minute to rent Casita Bonita for a couple of nights for our family. Lynn was great at responding right away since we were leaving the next day and even checked in on us to make sure we got in ok. The house had everything we needed and was exactly what we were looking for. The kids loved playing in the snow as we snuggled inside with a warm fire. We would highly recommend this rental anytime of year!

Casa Bonita--three weeks of cool in the pines
Casa Bonita is getting a bit like a second home--except better organized, and in the summer much better situated. If you enjoy getting into the out of doors, or just want to lounge on the deck, listening to the wind rustle through the pines and aspens, watching the nuthatches and lesser goldfinch cautiously approach the feeders, this is the place. Great WiFi, cell service, and cable TV, if you insist on staying connected. Everything you need to cook meals in, and close to Flagstaff if you are looking for gourmet dinning out. A golf course down the street if that's your fancy. We look forward to getting away here each summer.

Wonderful vacation at Casita Bonita!
This property was absolutely perfect for our Fourth of July vacation. The cabin was very clean, cozy, organized and had everything we needed. The wraparound deck was awesome. Very close to the forest trailheads. Lynn was fabulous; very considerate to our needs.
