Loved the customer service and the maintenance. I had everything I needed and enjoyed our stay with the kids

Comfy room, very quiet, but steps from ample food options, convenience stores, train & subway, and as it is located near the port you can even go for a jog along the boardwalks along the canals

Staff was great

The room was small compared to what I’m used to, but it was a good deal for the price.

There is a smell in the bathroom, but it wasn’t too bad.

Room cleaning to be improved, especially the carpet and toilet

Hotel is located a 7 minute walk from the Tamachi station. Room was very clean and decently sized. Turndown service was always preformed when requested and done very well. Front desk was incredibly helpful with anything that I needed. Including accepting deliveries and even loaning me an umbrella on a rainy night. The hotel has a lounge with complimentary coffee, a microwave, and plenty tables for having meetings/working. There is also coin operated laundry on this floor.

The hotel is in a nice area. Tamachi itself is quite nice. The staff are friendly and accomodating

The smell of cigarettes is potent on smoking floors. The beds are too firm. Can't open any windows for ventilation.

Everything was great - location is super convenient. Neighbourhood is quiet, safe and short walk from public transport station. Hotel is clean, well equipped, and staff is really nice.

window can’t be opened. was alright for a couple of nights but could become bothersome for extended stays

Little bit small for 2 people and the beds were a bit hard
