Information that given on this property is not full, and you can get view to someone’s room in front building with no sunlight! It's unacceptable to give rooms for this price with no view at all which is not mentioned while reserving it. The room they gave to me was just in front of other window of other building, I could see how ladies was changing their pants! How you expecting me to open my windows and stay there?! there is no sunlight even! it is horrible, especially when you choosing this hotel because of nice location and view on pictures! and i choose this hotel because of my Birthday! and I mentioned it while reserving it and I requested a room with the pool view! I'm the end hotel told me that it will be extra charge. it supposed to be nice day but it was spoiled because of this. In the end they forded me to pay for the view, they said it's an additional price for it. It's unacceptable! If only I knew about it I would never book this hotel! This is not a 4* hotel, and no 4* service. The hotel near by you will find with the same view with no Extra charge! Management is very rude. In edition, tv in the room is super old and you cannot watch any international Chanel’s or even music, room very dark, breakfast all the same every day.

The breakfast was the same for the 5 days. Should change the cup cake to different flavour everyday. Same goes to main dish. The same fried rice but only change to macaroni cheese after few days. Should alternate.

the pool was amazing, exactly like the pictures. room was excellent and the bed was really comfortable. really nice bathtub in the bathrooms too! we stayed in hotel rooms but they also do bungalows there which you can entry the pool from your room! they also had a restaurant area just outside the hotel with nice thai food and it’s only a few minutes walk from ao nang beach and there’s a 7-11 right next to the hotel.

only a few things I would like to be better is that I wish there was another lock on the door either a double lock or a chain, it’s a pretty secured place but I just like having the extra protection. also the tv channels options are a little bad if your an English speaking person. please upgrade the tv!

We booked for two nights, room space was good enough, complimentary breakfast was quite decent though offered less items, however food quality was awesome. Staff behaviour was also nice. This resort is very close to the Ao Nang beach, so a very good place to stay. There are lots of restaurants and street food options near this resort. So, I am highly recommending this resort for the people who will come with their family specially.

lovely room with direct access to the pool jacuzzi wasn't working but they changed me to a different room so it was fine stuff very friendly and polite - especially On who is really lovely and helpful location

Staff were lovely, they decorated my room for my birthday which was wonderful. Beds very comfortable, great view as I had a pool side room and lots of storage space.

Breakfast was slightly cold everyday.

The hotel is so close to all but faraway that its peaceful. The room was a nice size and clean the bed was very comfortable and clean. Just outside the hotel were you become breakfast is a restaurant really i would say one of the best restaurants in nang beach .fair price good food good staff.

The photos of the rooms in book . Com were i booked needed to be updated. The was a slight mix up with the room not the hotels falt and the very happily changed my room no extra charge.

The room was supposed to have a sea view and be 50-100m from the beach. The actual distance to the beach is closer to 300m. The "sea view" obstructed by buildings and electrical wires. The aircon was very loud and teh condensing units for the hotel just outside the room. The decibels measured were in excess of 70db - equivalent to a vacuum cleaner. In addition to the street noise we barely got any sleep. We asked to change rooms but were told we would need to pay extra. Our toilet seat was broken and the shower was leaking. We asked for it to be fixed. The maintenance man came to fix the toilet seat but was unable and at that point were were offered another room in the back of the hotel. We chose not to take it as we needed connecting rooms for the kids and the two rooms could only be offered over two floors. Breakfast was terrible. Limited variety and poor quality. Perhaps if you like runny scrambled egg or mac and cheese pasta for breakfast then maybe you would say it was good. The pools looks massive in the photos but in reality access to most of the pool is via the poolside villas. If you dont have a villa then there is only a small seating area at one end and a tiny island int the middle. Does not have a gym or night security which would be expected at a four star hotel.

The proximity to the main beach as well as other activities around krabi was the selling point for the hotel. They also serve amazing breakfast and have decent in-room dining facilities.

I wish the rooms were more updated and slightly bigger.

The pool and location was nice.

The room was not so clean, there were cockroaches in our room and the ac was leaking all over the room, also in our suitcase. We rapported it to the staff and they just gave a bucket. At the check out they did not really say anything about it. So really overprized

I had food poisoning and was close to having to go to hospital, it was 2am and the staff went to the pharmacy and bought me medicine and kept checking on me and making sure my wife was OK. They would not accept a tip until we forced it on them. Absolutely exceptional 🙏🙏🙏🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭❤️

Good location, close to main shopping and beach.

Breakfast was very average. The pool area needs refurbishing, the sun beds we’re very old and the sun umbrellas had rust stains and holes in them. The actual pool and garden were nice. The wifi was hopeless and had to keep logging in all the time. Didn’t find the staff terribly helpful or friendly.
