The property is right in the middle of the town. a very quick walk to the main station or if you call the hotel before you arrive, a shuttle picks you up on arrival.

Very centrally located next to grocery, shopping, mountain ski train, buses, everything… Ski locker included at street level, access from elevator. Small boutique style with bars, cinema, and very upscale dinner restaurant in the hotel on multiple levels with lovely full breakfast included. We stayed in the extra fun loft room for two, the loft itself is an art installation!! Definitely enjoyed the spa with its creation theme and thoughtful spaces. The owner and hotel artist/architect Heinz Julian lives on property, in the penthouse apartment, his designs include all the furniture and chandeliers. All made in Zermatt. Cool vibe, definitely worth a stay.

The rooms were fabulously designed with a very unique look. The breakfast didn't have many options, however, what it did offer was very good. The beds were super comfortable and was able to recharge properly after a day out on the slopes.

I thought that the SPA could have been better as there was no one available to show us around. The pool outside was not heated to a comfortable level. The michelin restaurant in the hotel was average in terms of menu.

Absolutely brilliant hotel, the spec of the room was fun, modern and cosy - we could see the matterhorn from our balcony. We really enjoyed our room! The rest of the hotel was a joy, we had an exceptional dinner at the hotel restaurant and then joined the staff and locals at the open mic night in the evening in the underground bar. It was amazing. The rooms are sound proof, very impressive, and the spa was absolutely beautiful. Location is very accessible and central. Would highly recommend.

The Design of the whole Hotel with a mix of industrial and romantic is exceptionally beautiful A pleasure for the eyes and the staff was super friendly. The breakfast too was amazingly delicious with a big selection of food. The SPA a great plus.

The spa and facility was the best so far. Must try their spa session and jacuzzi (foc). The room was spotless clean and the breakfast selection was good. I will miss their breakfast and matterhorn view from the room in the morning.

The hotel was awesome. We were in the Star & Sky room which was fabulous. Lucas (front desk) greeted us and he was very professional and friendly. He provided us with all the info we needed for the area. The spa was a fabulous addition to the hotel. The breakfast was delicious. The design of the hotel was incredible and well thought out.
