Staff were great and it was clean

I appreciate it was a single room but the bathroom, especially the shower, was tiny. The bed was really uncomfortable and very squeeky. The area also didn't seem particularly safe at night.

Central location in the Gothic quarter, on a street with great little cafes and opposite a good bar. Easy access to the marina, museums and Rambla, 20 minutes walk. Hostel staff were brilliant, friendly 24 hour reception and it all felt safe and secure. Good mix of ages staying. Room was spacious and airy with good ensuite. Water and microwave in reception. Also loved being able to open the windows onto a little balcony.

Minor issue - Squeaky bedsprings! And I would have liked a kettle to make a brew (tea) Otherwise it was perfect for us, and can't praise the staff highly enough.

Safe, secure, friendly and fabulous experience. The staff were very friendly and spoke English. The location was near the waterfront and a 4-minute walk to La Rambla. Very central and right near the metro station. The room was tidy and provided all the essential features like heating.

Very friendly staff, amazing location for tourists right in the heart of barcelona. Still relatively quiet.

Easy to hear other hotel guests, walls are thin. Bed could be a bit wider (I think it was 1,40m). Mold on the bathroom ceiling as there is only a tiny ventilation.

The location is the only good thing.

The room has dirty walls and not well preserved furnitures. The bathroom has many scratches, the air ventilation didn't work. The towels were changes every 2 days (and not everyday). The bed sheets were changed every 3 days. Even when changed, no good smell from the new towels. The floor was bumpy in some places.

Staffs was amazing except for the guy who was working after midnight who plays video out loud at 12:30 am. You’ll have your en-suite bathroom.

It’s super noisy, the door is useless, guests kept coming back when it’s already midnight, and they would talk and laugh with the reception staff, if you want to have a good sleep after your long day don’t come, you’ll need a noise canceling headphones (earplugs is not gonna help).
