I had a wonderful week of relaxation in a quiet, peaceful location. The house was supplied with everything we needed. My grandchildren fished and swam in the canal and will have wonderful memories of a great vacation. Would definitely rent this place again. Very clean and modern.

We informed the property manager/owner of the issues and there was no offer to address any of them. The master toilet was unsecure - it rocked and rattled. There are no drapes on any of the 3 large living room slider doors where the sleeper couch is located for 2 of the advertised 6 guests to sleep. The decking by the front door has spacing up to 1-1/2" gaps making it easy for toes or flipflops to get caught. We found what appeared to be termite droppings on a window sill and throughout our stay on the living room floor. We found many dead bugs on the 2nd bedroom window sill on our arrival. The carpet was either very dirty or badly stained. The air filter was filthy. The TV in the 2nd bedroom didn't work. We found windows and some slider doors unlocked on our arrival. Since we arrived very late at night, we phoned the next morning and left a message and never got a response until a few days later we spent the time to send an email. When the property manager/owner finally responded, he did not offer to address any of the issues. His only repeated response was that no one had ever complained before. I would think it being a rental the owner would have to address the safety and potential health issues...but it's Florida so the rental law may be different there???
