There wes no internet🤦There are not many choices for breakfast.

There was no enough parking space and the breakfast should be more various.

My mom and sister visited the hotel for 2 nights relaxation. They had a great experience, food was delicious, The spa area spotless clean and mostly the staff were very kind and friendly. Would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone. Great value for money 🙂 Thank you ❤️

Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Location was okay. WiFi worked well. Breakfast was excellent with freshly made eggs and pancakes and a good choice at the buffet.

The spa was supposed to open until 8pm, but at 5.30pm part of the saunas and the whirlpool were already closed. Also, it was hard to sleep because a party took place in the hotel with extremely loud music beyond midnight. From a high-priced wellness hotel I would expect some peace and quietness.

Absolutely everything from the room to the hotel to the staff to the spa the food everything was perfect ive stayed at a few places in sliven over the past 17 years and hands down this will be the place I go evey year from now on

Everything about this hotel was amazing, starting from the staff at reception, ending with staff at the restaurant, the quality of the breakfast and food is great. The suite we had was a first class one, we will definitely come back to this place, we loved the town and our experience was great. We would highly recommend this lovely gem to anyone looking for a quality and comfortable stay.
