Property is at excellent location right infront of Beach. Only problem is only on check out date cleaning person came at 9 am , i have to request for extension till 11 but it was not considered.

This place was amazing!! I went with four other friends and we all had a great time. The condo was very clean and came stocked with everything you and your party may need (towels, soap, dishes, appliances, extra sheets, etc.). We loved the close access to the beach, which was never crowded. We also enjoyed the pool/deck area, very clean and nice. The property manager was very informative and made the rental process really smooth. My whole party felt very safe in the area the condo is located. As far as the location goes, it’s only about a 25 minute drive to Daytona, and New Smyrna is definitely less touristy and laid back. I would HIGHLY recommend this condo for anyone trying to get away for a relaxing vacation!

The condo was nice and clean and very inviting. It was close to the National Sea shore park, great shopping just north with a yummy breakfast place called waffles and an ice cream place.

I enjoyed the property well. The access to the pool and beach were nice. I would have enjoyed a ramp to the beach a bit better than only steps, but it was only a minor inconvenience. Close to several nice restaurants and shops.

Loved our 4 day ladies vacation. Property was clean and maintained. Faces beach and pool. Quiet neighbors. No pull out couch in living area as advertised. Beds all comfortable. No ramp to the beach - only steps No drive beach is wide and clean. Host is very responsive via email. Would stay here again any time!

We had an amazing stay at this property. Condo was clean, easily accessible and parking was a breeze. I cannot wait to come back and stay again. Loved the pin pad on the door. Made it so easy to not have to worry about where the key was!

This apartment and complex was very clean and quiet. The balcony provided an excellent view of the pool and ocean (with a sunrise view)! Everyone on site were very friendly. Jennie met us with our entry information and was most helpful. We would gladly vacation in this apartment again.

We really loved the condo, the view of pool and ocean, the proximity to restaurants and shopping and the friendly atmosphere of the complex. Richard was so kind and attentive . Jenni was very informative and helped with an easy check in . We wish this condo was available next year but unfortunately, someone beat us to it!

We're from Ohio and love the beach. This property was perfect for our family. Short walk to the heated pool and the beach was right off the pool area with a nice patio to view the beach. The shower and hose to wash the sand off from the beach was very convenient. The condo was perfect for our family of 7 and we would definitely come back.

We had a fabulous stay in this spacious condo! We had everything we needed for a great time with our children and grandchildren. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the beach and pool from morning til night!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo! We loved our close it was to the pool as we stayed with small kids and had a lot to haul back and forth. We also liked how close it was to the elevators and stairs. The condo itself was very nice and accommodating with adults as well as children. There is a view of the pool as well as the beach which was nice. The owner was very quick in communicating back to us. We are excited and looking forward to staying in the condo again next year!

This was our first time staying at Seaward and our experience was great! The condo and common areas were very clean. The view of the pool and ocean from the unit were great. We saw dolphins several mornings too! The pool was also clean and we did even have it to ourselves a few times. Check in was very easy - Jennie and Richard were both great to work with. We had a great week in Florida and definitely would stay in this unit again!

The condo rental was ok but the condo grounds were a mess! Construction of new patio was a mess and unsafe, no notice! There was a remodel of a unit going on , the noise was unbearable! The common areas thru out the complex were filthy !

Great location for this nice condo at the quiet end of NSB. The owner was very helpful with info, the check-in and check-out was smooth and the condo had everything we needed for our beach getaway. I would recommend the place to friends and family.

This unit was very nice and had everything you would want. Everything was clean and had a great view from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location for our family of 5! Good sized bedrooms and updated bathrooms. We traveled with our 7 month old, 3 and 7 year old. I could see my big kids playing in the pool (with their dad) from the patio. Steps away from pool and beach was ideal for our family. Beach provided plenty of space to run and play. We could even bring our stroller down and do beach walks with our baby. Condo also has boogie boards and sand toys. Kitchen is a bit outdated and dishwasher doesn’t clean particularly well, which was a bit tricky with no garbage disposal. If you have a larger groups I’d suggest adding paper towels, napkins to your grocery list. We had no napkins and had to get more paper towels. Might even get some paper plates for a few easy clean up meals :) If you plan on doing laundry, do make sure to check in with owner that the dryer is fixed. Owner did resolve problem quickly with quarters for us to use with on site laundry facility. Overall we had a fantastic covid friendly trip. We didn’t have a car, had our groceries delivered and stayed very easily socially distant on the beach and pool. With a few kitchen upgrades this place easily would be 5 stars for me!
