This place was exactly what I was looking for. Quick weekend trip up to Tahoe with my 11-year-old. Kristin, the owner, could not have been more accommodating! In fact, she bent over backwards. I can’t wait to return to ski-in ski-out here soon.

The size of the property is just right for our family. The upgraded furnishings and carpet made a world of difference from the listing photos. Communicating with owners was easy and clear. If you wanted to stay on property and never leave it is doable in this location. However we used it as home base to visit Tahoe Treetop Adventures, Truckee Thursdays, the shores of Lake Tahoe and a quick visit to Reno. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

Kristin is an excellent host and was able to accommodate our family at last minute. She is very easy to reach and thanks for answering all my simple questions. The condo is amazing, my kids really love it. We plan to go back with my wife next time.

A wonderful place to enjoy Northstar. The kids loved being able to play in the snow right outside the unit and get right onto the ski trails without having to haul their gear. The owner is very responsive and made sure we were all set up and had everything we needed for an amazing stay.

The condo itself is in a good condition. It's well stocked, and everything is in perfect working order. It's quite spacious for a 1 bedroom. Management is super friendly, proactive and accommodating. I have stayed in many condos in NorthStar, and this is one of the better options, for sure. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay. Nothing is better than walking a few feet and being right in the ski trail. It was so easy. The unit was so clean and comfy. We had so much childhood cabin nostalgia with the comforts of an updated couch and plush new carpet. We loved the fireplace! We had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. Communication was too notch. Thank you so much!

This place is exactly as advertised, truly ski-in/ski-out. Perfect for 4 of us. Kitchen was amply stocked, Wifi worked great, beds/bedding were good. The owner was SUPER responsive and very helpful. We will be booking this place next time we come to Northstar!!!

Kristin is an amazing owner and she is incredibly responsive and she genuinely cares about your stay.
I say better than advertised as the unit is nice and cozy and the unit is in an ideal location with respect to slope access.

Just what we needed for our week at Tahoe. Nothing fancy, but well equipped (even an air fryer). Kristin was responsive, kind and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

Located in an amazing ski in ski out location on the mountain with beautiful views from all windows. We loved the authentic cabin feel and real fireplace. We had such a good time we extended our stay here. Kristin was a super host and was always quick to respond with any questions we had. Overall a 5 star experience. I would highly recommend booking here.

We really enjoyed our time at Kristen’s condo! Great location, right by the ski run and the shuttle stop that takes you to the Village. The property is fully equipped with everything you need, and having access to the club house sauna and jacuzzi was a plus.
Kristen is a thoughtful host and made us feel welcome. I highly recommend this place.

This condo is in a great location. As long as there's enough snow you can ski right to and from the building. The property owner was great about communication with us. I really appreciated the opportunity for early/late check in/out.
Condo was very clean when we arrived, and is appointed with all the things our party of two needed for a nice ski weekend.
This condo is still mostly original to how these were built back in the 70s. The appliances and couch are newer but the overall look is a bit dated, as shown in the property pictures and reflected in the price point. Setting your expectations appropriately to that, you'll be very pleased with this clean condo in a great location with owners who are very pleasant to work with!

My husband and I had a great stay at this 2nd floor condo. The location is fabulous, adjacent to the slopes. So convenient to store skis in ground floor locker. The kitchen was very well equipped. The dining/living area was comfortable. Several homey touches from the family who has owned it for several years. Communication was efficient and thorough.

Kristin’s condo was ideal for my daughter and me. It’s a short walk to the village on a lighted path. It’s peaceful, cozy and fully stocked. Can’t beat the ski in/ski out feature. Truly a gem!

Awesome, Great location! Condo very clean with well stocked kitchen. We definitely enjoyed the Rec Center Passes. My favorite part was the easy and timely communication with the owners. We didn't really have any issues, but they were in communication to make sure we were having a great time. Many Thanks!

Very nice, clean, slope-side ski-in/ski-out condo. Very friendly and accommodating owner, almost immediately responded to any text questions. All as advertised. For sleeping arrangements: One Queen bed and a pullout sofa in living area. Would definitely stay again. Wonderful stay.

And the chandelier is fun and quirky and makes this unit stand out from the crowd of similar units, which we have some familiarity with.

Great location for Northstar skiing. Fantastic owner and communication. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable bed and pull out couch. Clean. Great for a couple or small family who want the pleasures of ski trial access. Would highly recommend!

Exceptional Location and Host!!
Outstanding location right at NorthStar- Made it super easy to get on the mountain early, come in for a lunch break, and then head back out. My 11y/o loved playing in the snow right outside the condo after our ski days- It's a really safe area, and I could watch him from the condo. The condo itself was very well equipped to make meals, or for a take out meals. Communication with the host was excellent. Would really enjoy staying here again on another trip to NorthStar.

A True Ski in/Ski Out
This was a fantastic place. The host is very prompt in answering questions. The owners(Kristin) does a great job on keeping the condo up to date. The place is well stocked with all the kitchen supplies that you need for your stay. I have stayed in a few places on the condo run at Northstar and this is one of the best. What makes it better is that Kristin super flexible and will work with you and accommodating your needs. I will be planning on staying here again.
