The ambience is the most important for me whenever I travel. So the hotel have fulfilled.
2- The HOPE cafe is another add on to the hotel, I think need to advertise the cafe to public.
Allocate parking for the hotel customer, I think that is lacking in your property

Value for money, the room is clean and the bed was comfortable.
There are many stray dogs around the area at night, thus it can be a bit noisy.

Location
Booked two rooms with double beds. One of the rooms had massive fungus on its wall that I fell sick the next day. Too bad I’ve deleted the photos taken as evidence. The toilet door handle and the TV malfunctioned. Only 2 soft pillows provided. Regret staying here and will never ever come again.

The hotel look is good, also the hotel cleanliness is also good. Room is comfortable.
The lift is so slow moving. The location was not too near with the town and shop downstairs only chinese restaurants and spa. Parking is too limited because the parking were share with the customer from restaurants. Wild dog a lot crawling outside the hotel. The horror one, I was kena kacau on that night. I heard sound of door being dragged few times around 2-3am and saw “kelibat” in the room. Till then can’t sleep and quickly checking out later.
