Chalet is decent with everything you need and more.

Really nice base for a great few days away in Norfolk. Lovely beach and good local amenities.

Even though over all experience was good that old sofa has to be changed also please provide some floor mat at least in the wash room and kitchen.. Thank you

Basic but well equipped . Water wasn’t hot , had to boil kettles. E mails about keys never came through even after phoning. Enjoyed time there though. Site was nice and quiet

Nice place you have to get electric card when you get there that’s okay £1 or £5. Has DVD player 360 Xbox lots DVD’s books to read. But it needs kitchen were and bed pillows. The shop on site is good and cafe. We would stop there again thank you

The property was nice and clean - toilet/kitchen/floors etc. were all spotless - but there were a lot of cobwebs hanging around the place, and marks on the walls etc. We visited in October - so obviously heating was required - this is all done with electric fires, which is understandable. It seemed dangerous that in the smallest bedroom (for the kids), the electric fire was easily accessible from the bottom bunk of the bed. One of the fires in the living room didn't work, nor did the socket it was connected to! I wasn't very impressed to find only £1 left on the electricity meter - as I was unable to buy another card until the following morning when the shop opened, as we arrived quite late in the evening. The chalet is perfectly adequate for a small family - but be aware the walls/floors are all paper-thin, and you can hear every detail of what is going on in every room in your chalet... and those neighbouring you!!!

The property was very well equipped very clean and maintained excellently. Very impressed.

Lovely weekend break, will visit again

The property was clean and tidy, exactly as described. It was a great base for us to visit other parts of Norfolk. Would definitely book again.
