Comodidades y ubicación La unidad G34 es muy comoda para dos personas, pueden acomodarse hasta 5 personas usando el sofa cama y el catre en la sala. La cocina esta bien equipada y está a unos metros a pie de los medios de elevación de Sugar Mountain (salir del estacionamiento del apartamento, caminar hacia la izquierda y entrar por el estacionamiento para empleados, son solo unos metros a pie).

No funcionaba la calefacción del dormitorio en una noche con temperatura bajo cero no fue una buena experiencia. Al parecer ya había sucedido porque tenían un calentador eléctrico en el closet que tiene escrito “property of vacasa”. Contactamos a Vacasa y a través de Booking y ofrecieron ir a repararlo pero obviamente durante horas laborales estábamos en la montaña y fuera de horario laboral nunca apareció nadie. Una lastima que la unidad G34 tenga ese problema porque el lugar es muy bueno.

The toilet leaked on the ground and there was water everywhere on the ground in the morning.

The property is very conveniently located to the entrance to Sugar Mountain ski! The coaches were great and comfortable! Nice furnishings. The kitchen could use a little upgrade with the utensils and appliances.

The bed is super uncomfortable! And it has not been cleaned in months underneath it, which makes me wonder how clean the rest of the place actually was. The floor heater in the bedroom did not work at all. We had to use a space heater.

The balcony door didn’t open so we just put the stick back down that was behind the sliding door We were aware of that The door was just not opening and there was a lot of webs and spiders inside one jumped on us going into the bedroom it was big lol that’s not cool

It's located close to the Sugar Mountain Resort. The place was clean.

We had problems to finding the apartment. Bad instructions on how to find the apartment and the address took us elsewhere. The next day, during daylight, we saw a sign indicating the direction, but there was no light for that sign at night, so we couldn't see.

Broken sofa bed that daughter fell through. Assuming that was why a board was under the sofa to supplement? I had to pile sofa cushions under bottom for support. No fitting sheets for sofa bed and blankets were thrown in closet. Recliner in poor shape but served its purpose. Could use some upgrades and replacement of broken furniture. Feel we were charged too much for the condition and broken bed.

they said space to park 2 vehicles in the shared area… but we got at the place and had to leave the car almost at the street… also they said- we have a dishwasher… but we spent a time looking for a dishwasher but there’s no dishwasher…
