Bad war okay, Frühstück war das Geld nicht im Ansatz wert, Lage war in Ordnung aber laut. Außenanlagen dreckig, ungepflegt, einfach halt alles schon etwas sehr abgenutzt.
Frühstück war keine 5€ Wert, wurde auch dann nicht berechnet.

- Zimmer relativ groß (auf der Straßen abgewandte Seite).
- Großes Doppelbett.
- Frühstück war OK, aber nichts außergewöhnliches.
- Personal sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam :-)
- mehr als ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten
Kühlschrank war ausgebaut :-(
Betten sehr weich, besonders auf einer Seite.
Lage ist nicht gerade traumhaft, aber auf der Straßen abgewandten Seite sehr ruhig.

Das Zimmer konnte nicht beheizt werden, obwohl ich meldetet, dass die Heizung im Zimmer nicht funktionierte.
Ich Gang war es wärmer als im Zimmer.
Der Wasserabfluss in der beim Waschbecken war verklemmt und nicht zu öffnen.

excellent location just in front of the fair Pferd and Jagd that we were visiting.

it would have been nice in the evening to have the oportunity to eat a little dinner snack in the hotel or have a drink at a bar. BUt there is no restauratn in the hotel so we had to go to the nearby Mc Donalds. You can buy some chocolate and snacks and drinks at the reception but there is no hotel bar.

Die Zimmer sind super sauber und das Personal im Nachmittag- und Abend- Bereich ist super lieb und zuvorkommend. Alles zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit.

the door opened correctly
miserable staff on reception who kept me waiting 4, 2 mins for check whilst she finished stapling her paper with no other guests around to confuse it with being busy !? bedding or lack of it ! one horrible pillow that’s given me a neck like a camel and location is in middle of nowhere thanks guys

in check-in German speaking lady who didn't speak English,
therefore it was unclear to me that breakfast started Saturday morning later than normally.
Also no information letter or booklet in the room of services of the hotel.

No staff speaks English, not helpful at all. Requested extra pillow they rejected. Only time they spoke English was during check out. They cleaned first 2 days other 2 days didn't clean

The basic rate was inexpensive. The room was spacious for one person.
The breakfast booked as an extra for 20 Euros was too expensive for what was actually offered. E.g. soggy scrambled egg, fruit salad consisting of a tag "fruit salad" but there was none. Bread/rolls only available ins small format.
The vicinity of the hotel was partially very dirty; e.g. a lot of rubbish close to some parking lots. This is certainly not caused by the hotel but by ignorant contaminators, however not taking care does not make it look nice for guests.

Ramadan Hotel have good service but is far from the centrum. Perfekt and good service, clean and staff er friendly
