O atendimento e atenção da Vitória e da Sofia, dando dicas e esclarecendo nossas dúvidas. Ficamos no quarto em frente ao jardim e foi muito agradável tomar o café da manhã ao ar livre. Café com frutas e uma das melhores mezza lunas que comemos na Argentina. A "hospedage" é simples, uma casa antiga, pitoresca, charmosa e bem cuidada. O banheiro bem arrumadinho e chuveiro bom. Localização ótima, um quarteirão do portão principal do parque San Martin. Fizemos quase todos os passeios a pé. Indicamos para amigos e familiares.
Poderia ter uma pequena geladeira no quarto para gelar água. Mas todas as vezes que solicitamos, fomos muito bem atendidos.

Relación precio calidad excelente. El desayuno con variedad de frutas y cafe. Además, tostadas y mermeladas, queso untable. Muy rico.
Tal vez un televisor pequeño en el dormitorio, pero es un detalle menor.

Cet hôtel est juste génial. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, le personnel est adorable, les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le lieu est vraiment mignon, on s’y sent comme à la maison. Je recommande !

Classic old home converted into a BNB. A bit worn around the edges but great to be in Mendoza's best neighborhood. The huge park next door is nice but for walking tourists, it's a bit far from any action.
Distant from High Street and attractions. In bad need of a good refresh.

Victoria the hotel manager was wonderful and extremely helpful.
Besides Victorial, there is nothing good in this hotel. Its position is close to the park, but very far from the city center and from the bus terminal. The room is extremely old and downgraded and has insects inside. No windows ... Breakfast is very limited and poor.

Victoria is the perfect host, she really made our stay something very special. Do yourself a favour and stay at Hotel Mallorca when you visit Mendoza, especially if you are after a value for money experience.

Location was excellent for walking around the parks and city. Very informative and friendly staff. You can really tell how much love they have for this beautiful city. The breakfast provided was exactly what was needed to start the day.

The staff was more than helpful and gracious. The garden was a fantastic place to hang out and the room had high ceilings and was exceptionally comfy.

The location is quite good. Our booking was rejected as we request room free from smell due to allergy.
The comment from hotel management to refuse our booking is not straight forward.
They should have just written us that their hotel is full of pets around and not suitable for allergen guests for eg.

Excellent breakfast, lots of fruit. Great tips from Victoria about how and what to see in Mendoza. Perfect location, 10 min walk to the heart of town and 2 minutes to the most fabulous park and trails, perfectly safe at night.

Good breakfast with fruits but no eggs. We paid for bigger room and quite happy with the AC and big wash room. The blanket is the bed spread like the old system which may not be washed everytime guests check out(?). This hotel is clean and good for pet lovers as dogs and cats are around in the hall. The operator speaks good English and informative.
Quite old building unprofessionally operated by family. We did not see smiling faces nor from the management. In fact we feel unwelcome

The price was great. Safe area in the city. Helpful and pleasant staff!

Initially the owner was very helpful, helping me with organizing a spa nearby and going the extra mile for that! Very clean and spacious rooms.
Once I was there it was difficult to reach the owner. Recepcion is not occupied. It seemed to me I had to adjust to their hours, they work when they want and are not adjusting to customer needs. I had the same feeling all over Mendoza, so it might be a cultural thing.

The location of restaurants and proximity to the park was outstanding! The open-air dining was great. The rooftop seating was also great. The rooms were equipped with air-conditioning and stayed cool. The breakfast was decent but did not include basics like eggs. The price was reasonable for the location and condition of the hotel. The room was serviced daily.
On the surface, the general cleaning was acceptable but the top of the furniture was dirty, and the shower had mold. The front entrance is hazardous because the concrete is broken apart and needs to be fixed. The entire place needs to be updated to a higher standard for the area that it is located.

The property is very well located and extremely cozy, making you easily feel home and enjoy the best of the city within walking distance. The breakfast wonderful. The attention and kindness of the host and team was also fantastic, maybe the best of all.
If there were something to say for improvement, it was about the shower. The pressure is too low due likely to old plumbing system.

The real charm of this delightful, rustic hotel is the quality of service provided by the staff. I have never experienced more care and genuine desire to assist customers in any way possible. The breakfast, location, and lovely courtyard added to the overall experience. Vicki is an amazing manager and host who goes above and beyond in her care of guests.

I was sick when I arrived at Mallorca but the staff and especially Viktoria took such great care of me! They gave me tea with lemon and honey and made sure I was comfortable in the room! The breakfast was very good and the rooms were beautiful! Thank you for everything!

Its a pretty, small and good located Hotel. The rooms are simple but very clean. Victoria is a loving host who is very attentive to her guests.

The thing that makes this place is definitely the host and the staff. Both Victoria and Sabestian were exceptional. We felt at home straight away and they gave us all the information needed to enjoy our stay in Mendoza, beyond this, the hotel is located in a great area and has a lot of charm to it. Its an old building with plenty of character. If ever back, would definitely visit. Oh and the two dogs and the cat, nearly snuck Luna into my suticase. Thanks guys.
In all honesty, i liked it all.
