This is our second time staying at Almond Tree Villa -- it is our new home on the island! Joe and Sue are wonderful and easy to work with and the villa is breathtakingly beautiful. The arrangements are always perfect, from being met at the airport by the villa manager and the rental car (which was arranged for us), to the housekeeping and laundry service, to the gifts on arrival. And the location is perfect -- we love walking from the villa down to the rocky shore, and all of the restaurants we love are on the east side of the island so it is a great place to be. (Of course, easy to get anywhere.) The pool, the crow's rest for breakfast island-gazing, and the comfortable accommodations are all perfect. Sure, there are high end resorts on Anguilla, but we would much rather spend our time (and money) enjoying the island and its people than staying inside a complex that could be anywhere . . . . We highly recommend Almond Tree Villa for your Anguilla vacation.

My husband and I had a fantastic week on Anguilla, due in large part to the accommodations at Almond Tree. The owners have literally thought of everything that one could need. The furnishings are nice (and comfortable), the internet connection and t.v service reliable, the view superb, and the attentiveness of the property manager and housekeeper top notch. It was great to get restaurant and activity recommendations from the owners before we arrived - it made the vacation seem longer because of the anticipation of good things to come! We can’t wait to go back!

Spent six nights here and can’t wait to come back. Home is so enjoyable with breathtaking views of St. Martin and the ocean from the spectacular patio to the crows nest upstairs. Enjoyed swimming in the pool each night after exploring the island during the day. Loved the purple and blue lighting in it. Also loved the outdoor shower off of bathroom. And always felt safe while spending the first part of my vacation alone. The team at Almond Tree Villa were very organized and helpful. From Stephen picking me up at Blowing Point Ferry with car rental ready from Bass rental cars to Jeanette coming in to clean up after me during my stay and even doing my laundry. Owners Sue and Joe just top off the unforgettable experience by being so kind and available. They even spent invited me to a Thanksgiving dinner at a local restaurant. They definitely did their homework in choosing this neighborhood to buy a home. It started out as a dream for them and they take a lot of pride in sharing it with others. I have explored the island intensely in the past six days by going to as many places as I can fit into each day and I was always happy to come home to Almond Tree Villa. Thank you Joe and Sue!!!!

Upon arrival we were greeted at the airport by Steven who took us to get our rental car and then to the Villa. He carefully showed us all the amenities and gave us instructions on how to operate everything. Steven was very helpful and made us immediately feel comfortable. The Villa was welcoming and beautiful inside and out. Outside a beautiful pool was surrounded by a huge tile outdoor space as well as a upper deck. Both provided views of the nearby ocean. The inside had a lovely and inviting decor with wall art familiar to the location. All the necessities were well up-to-date and all the extras one might find in a luxury hotel were provided. Maid service by Jeanette was superior and she was always helpful and friendly. One thing we enjoyed was the outdoor shower adjacent to the master bath. It was especially relaxing when there was a cool breeze. Overall the space was spacious and immaculate and inviting to come home to. We had a wonderful stay on the island enjoying some really great restaurants, bars, sunsets and of course many beautiful beaches.

What an incredible villa. I'm not sure what could have made it better. Leading up to the week, the communication with Joe and Sue was fantastic and they were so helpful. The villa is a perfect place to stay while on the beautiful island of Anguilla. The villa had everything that you might need and more. Beach chairs and beach bag, coolers, snorkel equipment and much, much more. The crows nest is awesome!!! What a incredible view of the Caribbean Sea, St. Martin, St. Barts and more. We also love the pool when returning from a day at one of the best beaches in the world. They were all great but Mead's Bay was our favorite, unless we were visiting the Sunshine Shack or Gwen's Reggae Grill. Jeannette and Steven were there to help with anything you needed, which was not much since the place is perfect. Can't wait to come back soon. Thank you so much for making this trip perfect!!!

We have been regular visitors to Anguilla for twenty years, and the Almond Tree Villa was among the best stay yet (for two weeks in January). Almond Tree is perfect for a couple -- private, all the amenities of a well appointed house (including good wifi), great view, and good location just a short drive from Shoal Bay East, Island Harbour and the Valley. The crows nest is perfect for morning coffee and evening drink to enjoy the sunset over the water and the large deck space is quite remarkable (charcoal BBQ, different sitting spaces and private). Joe and Sue are great hosts: very responsible and ensure every detail of a relaxing visit is addressed. Highly recommended. Transit through St Martin was easy and fast, even though the airport 'terminal' was still housed in a tent, and the boat from the airport to Blowing Point very smooth. Anguilla is recovering well, but still needs tourists. Don't hesitate.

This was our third trip to Anguilla and Almond Tree Villa. And once again, we had a wonderful time. Due to Hurricane Irma damage to SXM, Anguilla isn't as easy to get to, but the Polaks were so helpful in assisting with our travel plans. The Villa was everything we remembered and it really feels like our "Caribbean home." Spent a lot of time in the Crow's Nest, enjoying spectacular views and cool breezes. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and cooler were all provided for our beach excursions. And it's difficult to choose a favorite beach, as we loved them all. And same with restaurants. Not a single bad meal in the two weeks we were there. It was great to see Jeanette (housekeeper) again, and she does a wonderful job keeping the villa spotless. Definitely a 5-star vacation. Hope we get back to Almond Tree again!

My wife & I have been coming to Anguilla since 2001 and have stayed all over the island.Almond Tree has it all,look no more ! Beautiful villa that's maintained spotlessly with all the amenities you need and more.The views from the crows nest of the neighboring islands plus the sunrises & sunsets are really hard to beat.Joe and Sue the owners are very accommodating and are very helpful in every aspect of planning your trip.

We were lucky enough to meet Joe and Sue in Atlanta on our connecting flight to St. Martin. They were a wealth of information and helped us navigate the island before we even got there. Irma had hit only a few months before our scheduled trip and Joe/Sue were in communication with us up until our departure, letting us know how the island was recovering and if restaurants and grocery stores were open. It was hugely helpful to have confidence that we had made the right decision to go to Anguilla to both have a relaxing vacation AND support the local economy as they were rebuilding. Almond Tree was spacious, comfortable, clean, well decorated and a fantastic option for the two of us. The crows nest lookout was our favorite spot to enjoy morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening. I even had an in-home massage set up there. Loved the small touches like big fluffy beach towels, house cleaning and laundry every 2 days, a cooler, beach bags, beach chairs and umbrella that were available to us for use. We took a tour of the beaches in the first few days and then settled in at our favorite spots for the latter half of the week. Very much appreciate Joe and Sue's time spent leading up to our stay, and their availability to answer questions while we were there! They were not only accommodating, but really great people to get to know. I'd recommend the spot to anyone traveling to Anguilla. With a rental car (which you need on the island anyway) it is located conveniently given you'll want to check out all the beaches anyway!

We have been to Anguilla seven times, and we have always stayed in a hotel. This year, we decided to try renting a villa, and wow did we find the right place. Almond Tree Villa is our new home for all of our stays in Anguilla from now on! A perfect location in Seafeathers with a spectacular view of St. Maarten and the beautiful sea. An amazing villa with private pool, incredible outdoor space, and comfortable accommodations . Incredible service -- from the pre-arrival help with rental cards, pickup at the ferry terminal, help with logistics on island, and great cleaning service -- the stay was absolutely perfect. Joe and Sue are friendly and helpful, and their on-island crew is amazing. Finally, the privacy and enjoyment of having our own villa -- especially one as nice as Almond Tree -- made the trip memorable. Can't recommend this place enough!

The Almond Tree Villa is a beautiful property in a great location on Anguilla. My husband and I had a great time, and the house was equipped with everything we could possibly need including towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear, ice chests and much more. Thank you for making our stay great!

Sunshine, cool breezes, first class and well maintained accommodations, and magnificent views contributed to a memorable week at the Almond Tree Villa. Pre-travel coordination was pleasantly facilitated through Joe and Sue while on-the-ground arrangements and orientations became realities in short order due to the assistance of their local facilitators. A rental car is a must and the island is easily navigated. Local restaurants never disappointed us, and available cuisines are sure to suit every taste. If you are dreaming about relaxing in a piece of paradise, the Almond Tree Villa should be near the top of you list as the location to make your dream a reality. Thoroughly enjoyable!

Paradise accommodations on a Paradise Island. We loved the huge wrap around outdoor patio with sun and shade, the pool and sitting at the high table overlooking the Caribbean..and the outdoor shower, ah! All the modern amenities, beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. Relax and Enjoy! Have a drink at the Four Seasons Resort and watch the sun set Some of the best restaurants you'll find anywhere. We liked these beach bars/restaurants Madeariman Reef, Mango's Seaside Grill, Smokey's, Falcon Nest and Sunday afternoon Reggae band at Gwen's. We'll go back! When we saw the website we thought wow! When we arrived at Almond Tree we said wow!

Almond Tree Villa was a real find!!!. This is my husband and I second trip to Almond Tree Villa, our favorite part of the villa is the crows nest. Breakfast in the morning and cocktails in the evening is perfect, with breathtaking views to St. Marten. The private pool is delightful after a hot day at the beach, if you choose not to go out for dinner there is a grill and bar right at your fingertips. The place was clean from top to bottom. The owners could not be more helpful, their recommendations for what to do on the island was perfect in every way. We will certainly be back at Almond Tree Villa!!!!!!
