It’s really convenient and near to the beach
Nothing about the property but shops were kinda far

Property is Good. Room was well prepared to suit to my family needs.
Good Value for Money. Kitchen facilities are adequate for making breakfast.
Staff are helpful, specially Mr. Gulzar is very cooperative with service providing, with his knowledge for Goa itenary, arrange facilities at apt rates and some personal helps also.
Overall it's memorable stay at affordable rates.

2) For Three guest they are providing only two water bottles each day.
3) Breakfast only one Variety they will provide by own.
4) Roads are very small and very difficult to park the car.

The location of the property is good as it is in the centre of North goa and very near to candolim beach . Both the rooms we had one was a pent house and another was a normal one , were really good. Host Gulzar was helpful and cooperative enough.
Breakfast options can be made better. 1st day we got bread omlet where the bread was very hard and was not fresh enough. 2nd day Puri bhaji was good but was sourced from outside , so by the time we are it was already cold and Puri had become soggy. Washrooms were clean but it had a typical drainage smell throughout our stay .

Location near the beach. Gulzar, the caretaker is soft spoken and very obedient.

Everything about this property was good - perfect location, spacious rooms, staff, cleanliness, facilities, comfort, value for money. I have no regrets and will definitely visit this property. Shoutout to the Gulzar. Gulzar did a great job of making us comfortable, was all time available for any help.

Location is bit inside, images are different from room, no network signal, no wifi or very low speed on wifi, gallery or balcony are different from images

Breakfast was good , main credit goes to care taker he always available there for any help, that makes stay more comfortable and value for money 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Breakfast was ok. They served Aloo Paratha in breakfast with a small sachet of sauce. It was home made and the taste was ok. At least two options shall be provided.
Food Quantity was not adequate and no food choices were available. No Tea or coffee sachets were provided. Not even glasses were there to drink water. They shall provide proper breakfast with couple of options in solids and liquids too.
