The property worked out great for the three of us. We scheduled a fishing trip on a charter boat out of Fort Myers Beach. We were able to cook breakfast each morning, make our lunches and then cook most of our dinners each night for the week. In other words, the kitchen worked out well. The location afforded us easy access to Fort Myers Beach, which was a short walk across the street. I’m guessing 300 yards to the water. All in all, it was a great place to stay, and would highly recommend it. Bob & Molly were excellent hosts.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Tranquila Beach Cottage. The owners were great and the house was cozy and clean. The beach is literally across (5 min walk) the street. We would definitely rent again!

We enjoyed our 4 day stay in this older 2 bedroom apartment which is basically right across the street from the beach . While we were saddened to see the hurricane damage to the town , the apartment was not impacted and was just what my wife and I needed for 4 days. The communications with Bob were flawless and he was there to welcome us upon our arrival. The second story apartment was clean and we had everything we needed . We definitely would stay here again if we are ever back in the Ft Meyers Beach area.

This was perfect accommodation for our girls trip.Enjoyed the use of the beach umbrella, chairs and wagon. Beach across the road. Parking and a quick ride to Times Square area and Publix a short drive. Unit was stocked with everything needed. Check in was easy and great communicate with the hosts. Thanks Bob & Molly.

I have a hard time staying anywhere other than home because I hate gross smells and grimy whatever. This place has an authentic vintage vibe (fun!) and is so clean and smells nice. If you want to hit the beach all you have to do is cross the road, and everything you need is provided including the beach wagon to haul it in. Thanks for the great stay!!

It was great just what we needed! A little outdated on the outdoor furniture, and things in the home but overall a great stay! Easy to check in and owners were very friendly!

We arrived at night and the lights were on waiting for us. The place is clean and quiet. A short walk to the beach. Easy access to a shuttle or 1.5 to Time Square area. Ft Meyers is still rebuilding so it is a perfect time to support local business.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights, enjoyed the beach which was very close. The owners do a really good job with communication and providing everything you need. Everything is very clean but could use a little updating. Overall it was a great place.

This cute little cottage was just steps away from the ocean in a very quiet part of Fort Myers. The cottage had everything we needed for the few nights we stayed. Bob was very nice and even called to make sure we made it in okay and to see if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again.

There were 4 of us that stayed at this property and there was plenty of room! I met Bob the first full day we were there, he was doing some yard work, and he was very welcoming and accommodating. The house had everything would need at home and we were thankful for the beach chairs and the wagon, which we used several times. The house is so close to the beach, basically across the street. I did have a few questions before our stay, which Bob and Molly addressed in a quick manner. When we visit FMB, we will definitely look to stay here again!

We had never visited Ft. Myers Beach before. This accommodation was affordable and close to the beach. It is located just across the road from the beach. There are more modern, larger places to stay with a much higher price tag. We are giving this 5 stars because the hosts were hospitable and the place was simple and good value for the price. It’s really set up for 4 people. We were able to get away with 5 because our youngest is 8. We also brought our Yorkie, which the owner allowed. The host could not be nicer or more accommodating, and they really made us feel like family. It really did bring back childhood memories from a different location, when Nags Head, NC was not nearly as built up as it is today. As a child I stayed in simple/quaint cottages there, and this was nostalgic for me even though it’s in a different location. Thank you to the owner for making us feel welcome and comfortable.

our stay was great…the rental was very nice…hosts were super easy to work with and very accommodating…would stay there again…property is not on the beach but super easy access… the whole area is still recovering from hurricane Ian…but w we had a terrific time

excellent location, seconds to the beach. FMB still recovering from hurricane Ian but many things starting to open up again. Bob & Molly live in the attached unit and were there upon arrival to help with suggestions and suggestions for local favorites too. Unit is well worn yet clean and everything works well - beach is very dog friendly too with beautiful sand and plenty of room to spread out and run your pup. A 5-start strong recommendation; will stay again when in the area!

I've loved FMB since my first visit and even after Hurricane Ian 🌀 I still love it!! The rental had everything we could have wanted and was very cozy. We were all very comfortable there. We pretty much had the beach to ourselves each day. I found so many beautiful shells, most were occupied (we admired them took pics and tossed them back) which was amazing since so many other's had lost their homes along with everything else they ever had. Bob & Molly are the sweetest people! As I was driving home I was already thinking about my next trip there. I'm so glad to see the community and island rebuilding Thank you again Bob & Molly for your hospitality, looking forward to seeing y'all again soon. #FMBSTRONG

I don't want to say to much because the pictures do not do this place justice, and I want to keep it a secret for myself for my future travels, but that would not be fair for Bob and Molly. This place is amazing! I am so thankful they survived Ian. With so much devastation all around this place was lucky and did not get as much damage as others around it. It was Super clean and inviting. Had everything you need with the Kitchen. We just enjoyed our stay and everything was perfect! Bob and Molly are amazing people and are very caring for the people renting from them and make sure everything is perfect for you! I hope you are available next year when we come down as you are my favorite place we have stayed so far on the Island! Thank you so much again!
