The townhouse was so nice, very clean and spacious. The grounds were beautiful, we enjoyed the restaurants, pools and beach! Looking forward to our stay next year!!

The property was well-maintained and is very much like the online photographs. It was very roomy to accommodate our small family with room to spare. The balconies were enjoyable and 3 bathrooms made it a snap for everyone to get ready to go out. The check in process was efficient however we had a bit of a mixup and did not get a welcome email the day of arrival with check in details. So we showed up as we said we would with no one there to greet us and didn’t know how to get in. However a quick text to the owner was responded to immediately and we were able to get in. Paper supplies were dropped off minutes later. The only negative for the home is that the towels supplied need to be updated and there was only one beach chair at the property and it was in poor shape. There are chairs available at the private beach for rent and we had no problems getting them. The private beach area was very convenient and only a short walk from the unit. If you’re looking for a great low-key getaway with family / friends this is it. If you’re looking for lots to do immediately surrounding the home be prepared to drive as most things are 20-30 minute drive away. And that’s exactly what we did and had an enjoyable and relaxing getaway.

There were not enough beach or bath towels for our party of six . No washcloths or hand towels. No coffee. No toilet paper. One bed did not have a pillow. (Carmen did not respond when I alerted her to this.) This required an additional trip to purchase these things. There was dog hair on the bed spreads. The living room television did not work. The condo was not ready at 4pm. We did not let it ruin our stay, but it could have been better.

Check in was easy. The condo was so welcoming. We immediately felt at home. We had a problem with the cable box but Carmen came right over and fixed it while we were out for dinner. The condo was clean and accommodating. We had ample space for our family of 7. It is conveniently located near the beach and restaurants. The only thing I would mention is that are several stairs to enter into the property which was a challenge for my 82 year old mother. However she was happy the entire visit. Thanks again Carmen for sharing your property.

Overall the property was nice just a few issues. The cable in the family room never worked. When I reported the issue to the property manager she provided some troubleshooting tips but the issue was never resolved or addressed any further even after requesting someone come correct the problem. There were a few issues with water bugs also. The neighborhood was quiet which was a plus.

Just returned from a week at this beautiful retreat. Little Harbour has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Restaurants, the beach, and nightly entertainment are a quick walk down the street. The condo itself was beautiful, comfortable and just perfect! Can't wait to return! Thank you for sharing your home!! Melisss

Great place to vacation!Nice townhouse very clean and beautiful views from the each of the 4 decks!Saw manatees from our deck and dolphins in the bay !Lots of activities for my grandkids who came to visit and a very safe place for them to walk around.Short walk to the nice private beach and two restaurants with delicious seafood and entertainment every night ,wonderful place to watch the sunset!We really enjoyed our month there !

We enjoyed our stay at Little Harbor. Unit was clean, decent size and tastefully decorated.

I am very satisfied and pleased because in true honesty it was a great weekend. The owners of the property are very welcoming and attentive. The home is in good shape and very cozy. The only thing I recommend the next guest is to take your own towels and pillows, the home has some but it wasn’t enough for my family. Besides that I had a wonderful weekend with my family!

My family and I enjoyed our time in this beautiful and spacious home. We would definitely stay here again, very family friendly area with its own private beach and pool.

My overall stay allowed my family to enjoy the vacation. I would recommend this stay to all of my friends. Great property and customer service was presented.

Wonderful place to stay at. Everything is exactly as pictured. Very roomy, all the rooms are beautiful. The master bedroom is huge!! Beds super comfy. Great area. Will be staying here again in the near future.

Very nice condo in a very nice resort community. Private beach is just down the road, along with a beach bar and restaurant. Surrounding area is quite lacking, really nothing to do or see once you leave the property. Unit itself - rooms were quite a bit larger than expected, with the Master Suite being GORGEOUS. Large room, large bed, large balcony nice for viewing the sunset over the bay. Comfortable living space, large enough for our party of 6 to eat together and hang out in the living room together. Table on main level balcony doesn't quite fit the space - hard to get 4 people around it, but other than that, really great space!

Loved the place. Convenient, quiet, clean, well stocked, beautiful interior. Loved the patios. Hope to visit and rent again next year as we will be back. PS beautiful sunsets to be had at the beach every night and we rented the boat at the marina next door and went fishing.

The condo itself is newer and well maintained, and the immediate location is a nice property on the water. The downside is that the surrounding community is not great and lacks dinning options unless you drive 10+ minutes.
