We went to visit family. This house was the perfect location!!! We walked to the square in the morning to the cafes which are all amazing. The house is located in the perfect location for a quiet stay but still close enough to Austin you don't feel out in the middle of nowhere.

Stayed here for son’s tennis tournament at SWU. Very close to the University. Home was perfect for the two of us. Would recommend

Everything about this stay was outstanding. The location is close to downtown and parks/trails and the owner was very accommodating and was quick to communicate. Very clean, hospitable and a good time was had by my family!

We stayed 2 nights for my daughters cheer competition at Kalahari. The house is very nice and updated. The neighborhood is quite and very close a the park for walks. I would definitely stay at this property again.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was clean and just the right size for my 2 adult sons and me. We liked walking the neighborhood and the nearby River hiking trails. We were also pleased that the cottage is located close to the Georgetown square.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely little cottage. It is within short walking distance of the Georgetown square and the San Gabriel river trail. The neighborhood is quiet. We enjoyed seeing the holiday lights on the square and in some of the neighborhoods.

This house was perfect for our stay. It was just my spouse and I, but also had a twin room which would be perfect for kids. The kitchen was well stocked and the property was very clean. The house is located just a few blocks from the historic downtown square and lots of restaurants with it. We had a great stay!

House was perfect for our family of three. The house was spotless and so cute and comfortable. We had zero problems during our stay. The house is in a great location in Georgetown, within miles of pretty much anything you could want or need. We hope to stay there again when we are in the area.

Great little cottage!!!
Cute place to hang your hat for a jaunt to Georgetown! You can walk to the Square (aka, Hallmark movie scene). Be sue to visit Latino Fuego for empanadas, Mikey Vs for INCREDIBLE tacos, District Six for snacks and TV sports, Kork for wine and pizza, Mesquitte Creek Outfitters for craft beer and people-watching, and 600 Degrees pizza!!! What a wonderful little town! Enjoy!!!

Lovely place for an Old Gals Getaway!
I rented this lovely cottage for my 84-year-old Mom and two of her high school girlfriends from NorCal. It was perfect for them—walking distance to the Square (...be certain to have Mikey V's tacos!!!), and driving distance to Lady Bird Wildflower Center, downtown Austin, and The Oasis for lunch with a view. You will have everything you need at this house! It could use a bit of shrubbery and flowers for a more attractive curb-appeal—but inside is wonderful!

Great little house!
This is a beautiful little home located very close to the square, the parks and the University. The home is small, cozy, well-appointed, well-maintain and overall beautiful. All furnishings and fixtures are new and in great shape. I can't say enough wonderful things about this home. AWESOME stay!

Great downtown property
The location of the property was perfect if you wanted to spend time in downtown Georgetown. Everything was clean and newly updated. Property Management was quick to respond and very friendly. If coming to Georgetown again, I would definitely consider staying on this property again.

I love the place. The fridge was not wriped out and I thought the back porch/stoop should have been swept off. I was full of leaves. Other than that everything was great.
