The location of this property was amazing , so close to all that Bend has to offer. Everything was walkable from the property and our 2 dogs loved the river which was very close. The only thing missing was some oven mitts and dishcloths otherwise the kitchen was very well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place for our family of three. It is in a cute neighborhood very close to the river, parks, stores, restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, etc. It was also spotlessly clean and the kitchen had all we needed - we only ate out once. Overall, a first-rate rental.

Great spot for couples with dogs. Although not really good for small dogs ( gaps under gates, etc.) , the yard has plenty of room for medium and larger dogs to romp free. The second bedroom is nice for keeping all the gear out of the way, and full laundry is a huge plus! Thank You!!

This two bedroom home was perfect for our family of four which included two young adult daughters. We booked this place so we could ski at Mt. Bachelor for four days. It had easy access to the road to Bachelor, was fairly close to downtown and just a few blocks from great food shopping and coffee shops. It was also in a nice and quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend and would book here again.

We had a wonderful time. The house is close to parks in a quiet neighborhood. We are a little too old to hike downtown but a short bike ride or walk for younger folks would be easy enough. Our pup enjoyed the fenced yard. Everything you need for a great stay is provided. Dishes, spices, even spare batteries for the tv remote. You can relax and have a great time. The only suggestion I can make is the picture shows a white fence and it has been redone since the photo. The street has no street lights and the house numbers make zero sense so It was a little difficult to find the correct house after dark.

This house was so cute and perfect for us! Our dog loved the wrap around yard and watching the neighborhood from the front porch. It was tight quarters for us to both WFH on the dining table, but not impossible. Good WiFi. We loved this place! Would absolutely book again.

We could not have asked for anything better than this perfect vacation stay. The house, the yard, the porch, the location so close to everything in Bend - all just exceeded our expectations in every way. Ian and Kristy were so responsive, provided awesome advice on local favorite restaurants, and have clearly put so much love and attention into this property. As a fellow VRBO host, I was just blown away by everything they provide for their guests, The house was immaculate and every little detail you could want is already there. It literally felt like home, and was exactly that for the amazing week we spent. We will definitely come back to Bend and I won’t even consider looking at another place to stay. This was a great location. We had 9 family members in Bend over July 4th weekend staying in 3 different places close by. The house is tiny but comfortable. Close to tubing, parks, Old Mill District, and downtown.

Wonderful four days
We came up to visit our Bend family and had a wonderful stay. The cottage was charming, well-appointed, and worked out perfectly. We enjoyed walking over the river on the pedestrian bridge each morning and took long walks for coffee and breakfast. Ian and Kristy were great. Many thanks.

This property was wonderful in every way. Clean, cozy, and very quiet location within easy walking distance to the river, shops at Old Mill and downtown. Hosts were available and quickly answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend this cottage and I would eagerly stay here again!

Wonderful house in a perfect location
This delightful 1917 home retains original charm while providing modern comforts. It is perfectly located for walking along the river and the many small rentals available nearby make it convenient for family gatherings. It was clean and comfortable and the owner was easy to work with. Recommended!
