Leslie provided everything we could possibly require from hiking trail suggestions to butcher shop for Xmas dinner to restaurant suggestions. We felt so welcome! The main floor living and kitchen are so spacious and well laid out. It is very roomy. Bedrooms are nice size and very comfortable beds. The location can’t be beat! You can be at Solitude in 20 minutes and snowbird/Alta in 30 minutes. Will definitely stay again!

The description "Perfect Cottonwood Condo" hits the nail on the head! We had a great week-long stay at this condo located right near the entrance to Big Cottonwood Canyon. It provides easy access to Snowbird, ALTA, Solitude, and Brighton, as well to the restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities of SLC and Cottonwood Heights. With upstairs loft, this condo was much larger than expected. It was clean, well kept, and the kitchen was well stocked. The end-unit location (including the great hot tub on the back deck) is very private with nice views ! We would definitely visit this property again!

This property was absolutely perfect for our group of 6 (3 adults, 1 teen and 2 kids). The location cannot be beat; nestled right at the base of both canyons and close to shopping and restaurants. The condo itself is wonderful and has everything you need for a ski vacation. Just bring your ski gear. This place literally has everything else! Lastly, Leslie is a wonderful host. She's very responsive and went above and beyond to make our trip easier. My family and I cannot wait to return. Thanks for sharing your property with us!

This condo is a great location for skiing in either Big or Little Cottonwood Canyon. The condo was perfect for our group of 6. It’s clean, has a well stocked kitchen and a nice, private hot tub- ready to go. Leslie is very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this condo to others and will stay there again in the future.

Three dads and three nine year old boys, house was perfectly located for a long weekend skiing in both big and little cottonwood canyon ski areas. Comfortable space, convenient walking to restaurants, lots of space for keeping ski gear, great communication from owner, would highly recommend.

Our family came to Utah for a week of skiing and this condo was in a great location! It had everything we needed for the week and was beautifully decorated! Very comfortable beds and a great layout for everyone to spread out. Thank you!

My family (husband & 2 teens) stayed for 6 nights, skied everyday, and enjoyed the hot tub and comfy amenities. Leslie is a great homeowner. She was incredibly helpful for our late night arrival making sure our Instacart grocery delivery was put inside the house. Neighborhood was very quiet, plowed and de-iced making entry and exit easy. Walking distance to a few restaurants and coffee.

We came back to SLC and didn’t even think twice about where to stay. We were here a year ago and it is still the cleanest and most comfortable place to relax. The host was great and responded very quickly. The house had everything we needed and the beds are so comfortable! We will definitely stay here again. It felt like coming home!

Condo was beautiful and spacious. Very well appointed. Kitchen was very well stocked that we were easily able to prepare/eat breakfast and dinner @ the condo before and after skiing. Lots of amenities for skiers… spacious garage to unload all you equipment each day to dry out. Ski rack, boot & glove dryers. Nice hot tub and fireplace that worked perfect. Would highly recommend

My family and I absolutely loved this place. It was so convenient to Snowbird, Alta, and Solitude ski resorts, and the condo was clean, bright and spacious. The extra touches were truly appreciated — a box of dellicious baked goods, Keurig coffee, and excellent recommendations on nearby restaurants. Beds were super comfortable, and we really enjoyed the hot tub after a day on the slopes. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed at many Vrbo’s and I must say this is one of the best, well maintained places. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. They went out of their way to provide comforts that a lot of vrbo’s don’t. The owner communicated with us on a regular basis and made sure that our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Great place if you are skiing or even in the summer if you want to be near the canyon.

Location, location, location! If you are a skier or boarder this is located between Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons. Views of the mountains are incredible from the family room and deck/hot tub. We got to see a pack of coyotes at sunset howling on the mountain from the deck. We will be back! Kitchen is well equipped. Comfortable home. Host was awesome.

The house was perfectly located for the park n ride shuttles to the ski resorts. The house was also extremely clean, the hot tub was fantastic, and overall I would recommend!

My family of four had an amazing stay! The property was beautiful and just as represented in pictures and information. Lovely home, very clean and Leslie was a joy to work with. She was very responsive to questions and provide a lot of information about the area. We stayed there to ski Alta and Snowbird. Restaurants within walking distance which is very helpful. I highly recommend this property!

Loved this place. Came for a visit to see canyons and sightsee. The condo was clean beautifully decorated comfortable. Love the location. Leslie was great at communicating. Will have to come back again with my hubby and kids!

The condo was a perfect home base for all aspects of our trip back to Salt Lake post Covid. Location location location! Unit was clean and as advertised. Host was the best!! Will be back!

My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything that we needed, right down to a box of cookies on our arrival day. The location is perfect with restaurants and stores close by, as well as access to the freeway and the canyons right down the street. Communications were always prompt and very helpful. I honestly can’t say a single bad thing about renting there. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you!!

We were so very pleased with this rental! The first thing we noticed was that everything was spotlessly clean and secondly how well appointed the house was. Every little thing you might need was included in the rental. The complex was clean and quiet and felt very safe. The deck was a great spot for morning coffee and bird watching. The beds were very comfortable and the baths were clean and spacious. There was plenty of room to store our food etc in the kitchen. We ate all meals here and had all the appliances and serving pieces we needed. We had a small dinner with the new in laws and we all fit nicely. We felt safe letting our 3 year old grandson roam the house and infant grand daughter lay on the floor. All communication with Leslie was quick and efficient. We will definitely stay again!

Booked the place in hopes to get last ski days at Snowbird but it closed early. Stayed here with my son and found the location and privacy of the condo to be fabulous! Clean, cozy and very organized, fully furnished with all the right needs.
