Great location . Gueliz only 10 min walk. Medina 30 mins Lovely pool area - snack bar good Internet in hotel really poor. Most rooms have no internet. Request room facing pool area and you might just get WiFi otherwise main hotel lobby , dinning room, bar area best areas for WiFi. Rooms clean and cleaned every day. Hotel is however rather tired and more 3 star than 4 Good breakfast - you can request omelettes etc

Staff good and very helpful especially Aziz and ?Shamer The cleaners and concierge were very helpful. Layout of hotel and gardens were okay.

Every room has a safe but non-operational. i was told, if I wanted it to work, a technician would have to be called from outside and I pay for it!! I would prefer every room to have tea and coffee facilities - Aziz did arrange a kettle for me. Separate shower, instead of into a bath, would have been better. Basin plug not working, cleaner helped with another one that was better but does not stop water from flowing out - wastage of water. Breakfast wasn't the greatest spread and I didn't like the runny scrambled eggs!! Most of the time the cereals were finished and took a long time to replace; same with cutlery. After I asked i did get an omelette- following day i was asked to pay for it and, after complaining about it, I was not charged.

Amabilité du personnel irréprochable

Connexion wi-fi uniquement à la réception. Chaîne de télévision trop peu nombreuses.

L’accueil’ le personnel merci au bagagiste et à madame kaoutar de la réception pour son professionnalisme.

Le petit déjeuner. Pas de bon café ni de jus d’orange

LE HALL ET LA PISCINE SONT NICKEL.

Arrivé à 10h00. Accueil prévenu mais aucun geste n'à été fait pour récupérer la chambre ( 2 semaines avant notre arrivée) Notre chambre n'était pas prête à 15h. Le petit déjeuner est décevant. Rien ne montre les produits locaux (msemens, harcha, melloui ext...) A 9h00 il ne reste déjà plus rien. Les agents ont l'air dérouter quand on leur demande thé, café quand la machine est en' panne ou rab de nourriture. Msemens fait de la pâte à pain où pâte. L'hygiène des serviettes sur les transats est douteux. Déçu.

LA PISCINA ESPECTACULAR Y LA HABITACION CON CAMAS MUY COMODAS. EL PERSONAL ES DE DIEZ, Y MUY AMABLE. NOS DEJARON EL DIA DE SALIDA USAR LAS INSTALACIONES DEL HOTEL Y DEJAR LAS MALETAS HASTA LA HORA DEL TRASLADO AL AEROPUERTO. NOS IMPRIMIERON LOS BILLETES DE VUELTA.

EN REALIDAD NO HAY NADA QUE NO ME GUSTARA DEL HOTEL.
