Great beds, very comfortable pillows. Clean, nice and spacy rooms. The staff was great, polite and helpful. Really nice time spent at this hotel during our short stay in London.

There was nothing like that :) The stay was very nice, so I cannot pick any bad things. Really.

Nie było nic takiego, nie podobało to dużo powiedziane, jeśli miałabym wskazać obszar do poprawy to może różnorodność bufetu śniadaniowego. Tylko tyle.

Excellent service. Beds were very confortable. Very convenient location, 5 minutes walk from the metro and train stations. Very complete breakfast. Exceptional cleaning. The attention to store the luggage, on the last day, was nice. Very friendly staff.

Room quite from inside but despite the triple glazing , some noises from the street were still audible. Lifts were very quick. Cooked breakfast good & plenty of it. Area seems to be a safe environment. Toaster worked !! Comfortable bed. Shower OK with soap at a decent height. Good location near the station & then only 25 minutes to Paddington.

Noise from street - sirens / horns / motor cycles - But generally OK during the night. Lack of continental breakfast - ham /cheese / jam if I'd wanted it. Didn't like the notice in the lifts about queuing for breakfast at certain times. If this is a problem , hotel must respond to it. Had I gone down for breakfast & found I had to Q for a lengthy period - this would have been a game changer. Room was serviced after night 1 , not after 2 , serviced after 3 . I don't mind either way but would have liked to know ( Get tea/sugar to replenish room) Hotel Brochure ?? Bath better than shower. However all these niggles are relatively minor ! Avoid trains into London before 9.15 otherwise "sardines"
