Older style motel from the outside. Nice that it had a small pool ( Better for summertime, but nice all the same)
It had been done up nicely on the inside. Really spacious and had everything you need.
At a push maybe ventilation in the bathroom aside from having to open the window to get the steam out.

Wall panel heater didn't work. Shower control was either full cold or scorching hot - morning in between

Very comfortable place, and worked well for our family of 5 adults. We had 2 suites and the whole building to ourselves. Andy was helpful in knowing what to do. Kitchen was nice and easy to use. Beds were comfy.

Apartment was exceptionally clean. Fantastic facilities. On arrival we were supplied with a small milk to go along with the provided drink options tea coffee hot chocolate. Was happy to see a full kitchen fully stocked with toaster, microwave, oven, plates, even soap and cloths to assist cleaning dishes and more. Electric blankets on all beds plus a very functional heat pump meant we were not at all cold.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Motel was beautifully warm when we opened the door .. talk about a warm welcome!! Much appreciated!! Lots of little niceties, tissues, coffee plunger, big saucepan etc that make cooking/eating on site so much easier and nicer!

Stairs to the unit were tricky for my elderly Aunt who was with us. A handrail here would make a huge difference. Parking near our unit was tight to get into when all the surrounding units were full. Think this would only apply to this one room.

Made to feel very welcome from the time of checkin.The room was very clean and smelt clean as well, great bed and very comfy couch to sit on. Good hot water supply with a very clean shower, toilet and handbasin.
Would rate it very highly, and would recommend it to my friends as a great place to stay in Nelson.

great place. The room was big with a full kitchen.
When I arrived the owner showed me on a map, places to eat within walking. Also he helped me plan a trip to the Abel Tasman that I was not able to plan on my own. Very very helpful.

The two bedroom apartment was very spacious. The kitchen area was well equipped.

The unit was very clean and modern and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, which added to our experience of visiting the Nelson region, and the kids loved having a dip in the pool every day.
The rooms were quite warm although aircon unit & fans helped. We did wake up to planes taking off every morning quite early but also knew it was located near the airport when we booked and the location was great for visiting the beach, getting into Nelson city and getting out to Abel Tasman park easily.

The staff were extremely personable and attentive. Lucy the cat was also very friendly. Thank you for us being able to have the family come and visit while there.
Just the hard bit from the electric blanket on the bed made it uncomfortable sometimes.probably not needed on the bed in summer.
