great location, just outside Milan, but next to the metro, train station, good restaurants, pharmacies, bars. staff is friendly and very helpful.

as other places around Italy they have a police of no air conditioning before June or something like this. I would not mind staying in a place on those conditions if I knew before my stay.

The staff is very friendly and kind. The hotel has everything for a comfortable stay.

Maybe in the future the doors of the rooms could be refreshed, they work fine but could be a really good improvement

A bit far out of the main parts of the city

Good location at about 150m from Nuovo Rondo metro station in a quiet charming street. Personnel always king, supportive, good coffee and arranged all services that I needed. Definitely recomend.

The Metro station to Milan is very close. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast and a superb Patisserie is just around he corner. The hotel is clean. Th room is comfortable and silent.

Maybe the price could have been a bit lower. But is is Milan and it is already below the market average

Pleasant owner/staff, English speaking. When we asked for something extra, it was never an issue. Good budget stay, the biggest selling point is the location (very close to metro station), which takes you to city center in about 20 minutes, about 30 minutes to Centrale station for airport bus transfer.

Hotel has it's good years behind, it is apparent it is old (but still well maintained). Room we stayed in was very tiny (but both things were known to us from the pictures and description of the room. We got exactly what we paid for.) Something to look out for is the outlets (old Italian type, not standart EU type). The staff had reduction to borrow, which was greatly appreciated as we arrived late in the day.

Couldn't check in late (it was midnight to be fair), the bed was really uncomfortable.

Friendly staff, location close to the metro station and to the venue I was interested. Totally worth the money. I'll probably be back.
