Location was excellent. Staff made our stay feel very welcome. The breakfast selection was incredible. Definitely recommend as an all round great hotel with good value and exceptional service.

Indoor pool was not heated! We have chosen this hotel for particularly heated pool, and the pool was cold! Before booking we called several hotels and were told they are not heating their pool, and Pavlo Napa told us their pool is heated. We complained and were told that water has 27 degrees (!?) and they won't make it warmer. Our kids were very disappointed

Excellent hotel; everything was clean and new. Location is great, the hotel is on the beautiful beach and 5 min walk to Nissi beach. Great pool; the most comfortable sunbeds that I've ever used and it is really fabulous breakfast

We arrived to the hotel before the official check-in time, but a lady in reception sent us to have a lunch, but after the lunch our room was ready for us. We used AI option and were very satisfied. We felt very grateful to a chief of Tiffany restaurant, so we enjoyed the food, which was really excellent! The territory of the hotel is located just in front of the beach, so the guests of the hotel can go to swim to the beach or use a swimming pool of the hotel. So, really you do not need to use sunbeds in the beach. Our room was just renovated in a very nice modern style, e.g. the lightening in the room was controlled by touch sensors etc.

Drinking water in the hotel is available only in a bar or in the restaurant during a breakfast. However, we found a teapot in the room, so a guest can use a boiled tap water. Smoking is allowed around a swimming pool and in open space of the restaurant and bars, which is not pleasant for non-smoking guests.

Hotel was in an amazing location. Right in the beach. Room was reasonable sized for a hotel, clean and modern. The pool was good! They had a scuba diving tent located in the hotel which we booked onto. They were amazing. Breakfast was delicious, lots of options. I would recommend going half board to experience the lunch platter. The hotel was outside of Ayia Napa which was perfect for us as we didn’t want party vibes. Took us a leisurely half an hour to walk into main strip which we only did once. We loved the beach just at back of hotel- loads of water sports. We absolutely loved the location. They had some entertainment and my partner played water polo one of the days- the lady was lovely. All in all perfect hotel for us.

Some of the reception staff were a bit miserable. They could of been more friendly. We asked for a wake up call which we didn’t get.

the receptionist insisted that i had no booking which i did through booking.com, although i showed her proofs and confirmation, after checking three times on a list she had on a paper she finally found it!! can't say she was not polite, but not friendly at all!! arrived 1:55PM they said we had to wait 5 minutes to enter to our room as this is the policy, stupid issue old reception and lobby area and elevator gives you negative vibes breakfast indoor area smell bad

Love this hotel! We stay there for the 6th time already and for sure will visit it again and again. Love the location and food. Food was excellent this year. With a great salad bar, big choice of main and side dishes and sweets. They made renovation recently, and have very comfortable sun beds.

Everything was nice except of entertainment. Animation of the hotel was only in the morning hours and just several activities, not connected with kids a lot. We were waiting for karaoke night so much, asking every day when it will take place ( our favorite evening at previous years) but no karaoke during the 7 night of our stay. Kids were very upset about this. All the invited enterntainers were very good. Hope animation will improve next year.

Werner at reception (night times) was always helpful and polite. The gentleman behind the bar next to the pool (tall, big guy) was always super nice and friendly. So was his colleague that had very short hair (sorry I didn’t get your names!). The breakfast buffet was outstanding, really impressed by it!

The blonde lady with blue eyes at reception was always rude (not just to me, but to other guests). The cleaning ladies were inconsistent with their work. Meant to provide a bottle of water everyday and new toiletries but they never did. Rarely gave me new towels too. The restaurant staff were very unconcerned about the guests which was a shame.

It has direct access to the beach which was super convenient. The buffet was rich. Staff were helpful and kind. Every day changing of towels (bathroom and beach) which we were impressed with! Quality of restaurant in site was surely a plus.

The bathrooms need to be renovated ASAP! The public toilets by the pool need more regular cleaning. We prebooked a double bed which we didn’t get and the two single ones were sinking in the middle; not good mattresses.

The food was good, but can't says it was excellent.

The drinks for the all inclusive is from the dispenser. And there is a limited number of alcoholic drinks.

We had a great stay. Walking distance from gorgeous beaches, restaurants, night life. The food was fantastic. Although we didn't take our kids, the hotel is very child friendly. We would go back and take them along next time. Hotel facilities are great! Clean and taken care of.

The all inclusive spirits were terrible, however I think that's expected with most all inclusive drinks. ;) The drinks were very strong also. Maybe we were the first ever to do this, but we requested less alcohol in the cocktails. Lol! The beer and wine though were very nice.
