スタッフの対応

バーや、テナントが開いてなくて、期待していたので、残念でした。事前に情報があればと あと、壁に穴があいていました。

お得に泊まれたこと 朝食ビュッフェがあったこと スタッフがとても親切だったこと

マッサージもバーもお休みだったのが残念

連休近くでも予約できたのが良かったです

料金と立地と部屋の広さが良かった

設備が少し古いが、その代わりに安い コンセントがベッドから遠い

近場に商店街とかがあって食事で悩んだ

シャワーの使い方が分かりづらかった

Let's face it, Atsugi is a miserable hole of a city anyway and you would only go there if you had to, so not expecting much. The hotel is clean enough but really dated and quite musty smelling. Very tired/tatty room and bathroom. Probably been in need of a refurbishment for well over a decade. The offerings at breakfast are a bit depressing (save the money and walk 2 minutes to Aeon or somewhere else nearby for breakfast). We were only allowed one room key. Asked for a second but was refused! First time ever in the world we've been told we can't have a second room key. Decided to take the stairs one time from the 10th floor. The stairway was full of upended beds, mattresses and other furniture. That must be illegal and or a fire/evaluation hazard. Just as well Japan never has earthquakes!

The free wifi didn’t work in my room. My room was a bit grubby. I expected it to be in better condition. Quite noisy at times - other guests banging doors.
