nice and comfortable place to stay when you want to see the park
when you have your own car it is ok. if not, you get the feeling of being locked away.

The breakfast spread was great but the best part about this hotel was the beautiful grounds inspired by the English countryside. The staff could speak English well and were all really helpful. Highly recommend to stay for anyone who is travelling to Khao Yai.
Water pressure of the shower was a bit weak.

Fast check-in, great amenities, and excellent service from the staff. They also offer various delicious breakfasts.
The room itself was spacious and unique, and the surroundings were lovely. It gives you European vibes.
I wish there were more activities/entertainment offered by the hotel, and for the price of the hotel, I expect the bikes to be free since we can't use the bike outside (we can only use it in their vicinities)

We stayed for 2 nights (breakfast was included). Hotel staffs were friendly and welcoming.
The family room is spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. We really liked the European theme of the hotel. Beautiful trees and flowers are planted throughout the estate. A very peaceful place (except when the cicadas started creaking loudly outside our room, but thankfully it lasted awhile only). We had dinner at the Castle Restaurant onsite on our 1st night. Food was ok. Breakfast was international breakfast spread also at the Castle Restaurant, which was good. Kids had fun swimming at the pool and playing at the playground.
The only letdown was the shower water pressure. The water pressure was not strong enough and it was difficult to adjust the water temperature.

The room size was big and comfortable. We stayed in a ground floor unit and enjoyed the seating at the patio.

The whole place is big and pretty. Room is spacious. My Bulter Boombim is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread is good. Playground is nice. Night music performance at the hotel is good. Mini bar consists of many free drinks and snacks. Nice view from hotel room. Good breakfast spread.
As I have a 83 year old granny and there’s no lift to go to the room. The door can only be locked from outside for the cement hot tub. The water mixer inside the cement hot tube doesn’t really work if you want to rinse off after soaking in the hottube, maybe should include a scope.

The entire property was so beautiful and nice, especially the view of the lake and the whole property from our room.

Thames Valley is such a beautiful hotel, the grounds of the hotel are simply stunning and my son had so much fun feeding the Koi carp. The bed was lovely and comfortable, aircon great and the bathroom was also very nice.

Everything about this place was very beautiful! Extremely warm and friendly staff, always there to help us - requested ice cubes and iron which came to us very quickly! The masseurs have their magics in their hands!
Food was exceptionally good! Almost every dish is so good! The coffee and hot cocoa provided during breakfast are one of the best that I ever had! They provide some free drinks and snacks in our room as well!
We were pretty sad that we couldn’t bring our quite heavy Soundcore motion speaker, but they already have a nice speaker here in the room!! Their TV is smart TV that has Youtube and Spotify which is also rare to see nowadays unless its a very new Airbnb unit!
This whole place was very nice, romantic and highly highly recommended if you are looking for both romantic staycay or even family trip!
