Don’t charge people for two bottles of water. Totally unnecessary

Short walk downhill through the gardens to central where all the restaurants and bars were. Very very steep hills to get back up to the hotel. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. I had a great view. The towels were fluffy.

It’s definitely very dated and needs a revamp. Was a bit expensive for what it was. But I suppose that’s Hong Kong. Now i would still recommend it to my friends as staff were helpful and friendly. And as mentioned location was good.

The room were very good and comfortable

Location is quite fancy but bit hard to get there as it no public transport around or late night shops. In Mid levels, close to central Also I was bit surprise with the 500 dollars deposit they ask when check in, I just didn't understand what was the deposit for, since there's nothing valuable inside the room, the only drinks in the fridge are 2 lil bottle of water that you have to pay 12$ to drink it. No room service, or even extra shampoo...

Aircon is cool enough

There was no cleaning of the room ., they just change the towel . The wall was too thin . I can hear the shower and the bubble bath n bath top drain of the other room . There is still left over sandwich in our ref

The room was very clean, had an amazing view over the Botanical Gardens and looked at the Hong Kong skyline, which was magical for me. I was very happy with the amenities, and the staff was very friendly.

Great suite with a great view. Convenient location - not in central but quite close. Botanical Garden in just across the street, and great for a morning walk. Great staff.

The lunch offerings at the in house eatery weren't great.

The room was a great view and comfortable.

The guy at reception was snappy, rude and couldn't speak properly, he would ignore me speaking, and my questions upon checking in and out, and just kept going on his scripted speech, he had attitude, and seemed to treat me with a hatred, a little spiteful, and rude, just very impatient and short with his mannerisms' Im a bubbly person, and in no way did I deserve his check-in manner. Wished i got his name... Dressed in a suit, but inside a nasty person.

The location was great. Mini Zoo is nearby. Grocery store in the same building.

In the morning, only towels were changed, and no tea or coffee was refilled. There is a grocery store in the same building, which was very convenient to buy water because you have to pay for water in the room anyway.

A short walk from central, a nice view over the botanical gardens and city. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Great value.

The rooms were nice and worked great for staying on Business.

Great place to stay at mid- levels, few minutes walking down to HK park and central area. The refurbished rooms are nice and clean.

WiFi very slow (4.5 Mbps)……: ( that’s insane in this internet era! and connection stops intermittently.
